Q: Review Reminder - config option to choose customer groups to send reminders. Many stores like to avoid sending emails to VIP or auction customers. Or some customer group is related to 3rd party system like Ebay or Amazon - sending review reminders to their emails are prohibited. Some of them are not guests so the option to exclude some customer group from review reminder is really important. thanks

Q: Firecheckouts adds its comments at the very bottom of the order view page, the same is for checkout fields. Many times I missed informations about order. Please add some kind of icon like (!) on the top of order details view. it will be very handy for all store managers - and its the best option to avoid missing order important info. please find example order grid how it could be done http://prntscr.com/drie8qthanks

Q: How can I have a banner displayed in some cms pages, but not all? Also, I'm trying to set up a banner to alert users of cookie usage, it should be displayed on any page they arrive to, and stay displayed, until they either click on the link for more information, or they close that pop up. (Using awesome bar i guess). What would the conditions for this be? Thanks

Q: Can you add Review status column just right onto main TM review reminder grid? Now its almost impossible to check if review is made or not. This columns would allow store merchant to resend review reminder again - manually. Thanks

Q: Do you plan to add correct FPC behavior if order is made and inventory is going out of stock? Right know after order that uses all stock, Add to Cart is still visible until page cache is flushed manually or by crawler. Thanks for improvement

Q: I uploaded the extension from FTP and accessed the admin after that. We are getting following errors and the frontend and backend breaks when we access links to manage testimonials in admin.1. Q: I just updated to version 1.9.3 Firecheckout.I have the Terms & Agreements as Minimal set up.I noticed from this new version to the previous one, that when the pop up for Terms & condition pops up (to show the T&C), at the bottom of the pop up was a link to click to accept the agreement, clicking on that link would close the pop up and automatically check the checkbox for the T&C. In this new version, this link is no more. So that one has to close the window manually and then check the box for the T&C.Is this normal behaviour to this version, and if so, how can I get the previous behaviour which was more practical and conventional.thanks. ORlando Escobosa.

    A: This may happen if you are using Firegento_Magesetup module.It replaces standard agreements block with it's own with different functionality.Otherwise, please send ftp details, so I could look what happens.
