Q: Hi, how can we hide layered navigation sections with no attributes? For example I have multiple price checkboxes, but want to hide half of them that dont have any products. Tnx.

    A: Please try do that at Admin > Catalog > Attributes > Manage Attributes select required attribute and choose config value Use In Layered Navigation - Filterable (with results).

Q: I've downloaded your extension via magentocommerce and I am using it on CE 1.7.0.2. Its works fine. Thanks for this function! Is it possible to display the category name and description before the listing of categories? How can I establish this?

    A: That can be done. Right now extension block is outputted to content container in easycatalogimages.xml. I would suggest you to put to category.products container and then at category/view.phtml your should call that block with childhtml method.

    A: I asked the same question and I contacted the support team and they replied back with a solution that worked perfectly!In order to change postion of extension block on category products page please open easycatalogimg.xml and find next code:Change to:Then please open appdesignfrontendYOURPACKAGEYOURTHEMEtemplatecatalogcategoryview.phtml and place next code:right after categories listing name:Note: I had to flush cache on my website for me to see the changes.Thanks again Support Team !!! Q: Hi, i'm a newbie and i dont know how to use the "Left Menu", i'm using the free version, i tried to use the steps from an answer here in the faq but didn't worked. (I cant paste the link, because when i do this i'm marked as a spammer =/I just want to make a left menu with my categories, somebody could help me ? Thx.sorry my english is not very good

Q: Hello, I am using this extension with Magento 1.5.1. On some of the products only base image is shown correctly. Every other image is replaced by standard placeholder image of Magento. On some of the products it works sometimes, but sometimes it does not work fine. When I disable the extension Magento shows every image correctly. I cleared the cache, deactivated it, but the result is still the same.

    A: I think that you have access problem with image cache directory. I would sugget to try flush image cache and then check it again.

    A: I have this problem too and I use Magento 1.8.1 and latest version of extension. Flushing images doesn't work. Flushing all type of caches doesn't work also. Delete all files and folders from /var/ also doesn't work.

Q: Hi,I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I edit the pop up gallery image viewer? I can't seem to find it? I'd like to either alter or remove the close window aspect in it.I'd also like to add a share on facebook button on the product page, can you let me know where I edit for this also?Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

    A: 1. Your theme is missing some core Magento classes. So you should add to categories li container float left style.2. I think it's done using css so you should copy same styles to categories listing container.

Q: Hello, I have Magento 1.8.1. I install this theme from Magento Connect (2 days ago). Problem: When I activate "Cookie Restriction Mode", nothing happening. The notice message don't appear. I guess that the message should be appear at the bottom, but it doesn't.Can you help me with this?Thanks, Lucian

    A: We will release 1.8.1 compatible update within 1-2 days. Current feature will not work right now as it was modified with recent 1.8.1 release.

Q: How do you get images to resize after editing the sizes in system configuration? I've reduced the setting for image height leaving the width alone. The images will not resize to the new setting even if I delete them from the category then add them again.

    A: Figured it out. I was using a widget and had to also alter the settings there. Deleted old files off server just in case and all is well.

    A: There is simply no enough space. I would suggest to reduce margin that you have set for .products-grid li.item margin-right: 11px;

Q: I can't get the subcategories to work. staging.redballoontoystore.com I saw that with the ultimo theme you need to copy the extension files to the package, I tried that, but still no go. Help please.

    A: It's only possible if you will add or remove this block with xml code for each category. There is no any configuration setting that allows to do that.
