Q: Hi I have bought the plugin and installed it. How ever I don't want the search box where it comes.Can I load it using <?php echo $this->getLayout()->createBlock('mymodule/myblock')->setTemplate('mymodule/myblock.phtml')->toHtml(); ?>I have assumed my module name as Newmodule and my block name as Newblock.php. The phtml file for the block is assumed to be newmodule/newblock.phtmlIf yes I don't know what to replace mymodule and myblock with?

    A: Yes sure you can create block in that way. Please notice that module xml files should be also executed in order to include module css and js files.

Q: Does the extension support ebizmarts sagepay extension with 3D secure enabled? at before, we have an extension which can support sagepay with 3D secure disabled, but when we enable the 3D secure, it done work with sagepay, so before I buy this extension, I need confirm this extension can work with sagepay 3D secure.

    A: Our clients used Firecheckout with that option so it should be working fine. In case you will have any problems you can contact our support and our developers will apply compatibility patches for free.

Q: Let's say i buy this theme now. Can I remove your credits on the theme? Can i remove your name/etc from the admin?     A: Yes sure you can remove our credits from this theme and our name in admin of course. You can install our theme on 3 sites that are hosted on same server without any problem. Our theme comes with several modules and improved seo layout.

Q: Hi there, does FireCheckOut fully work with Payone Payments? Especially the new SEPA-Mandate-Management functions needed to do legit SEPA-Banktransfers in the EU.This is what i mean: http://www.payone.de/sepa-demo/There is a special hook needed to start that query, quite similar to the creditcard-pre-check.Please let me know!     A: You should send us ftp and admin access info in order to start installation. We can install it on russian hosting without any problems. Unfortunately we don't have video tutorials yet.

Q: Easy Lightbox shows a thumbnail on the product page even if there's only one product image.Then when the pop-up lightbox image is displays the image count of images shows the number of images as one more than there are actual images. The prev/next links also show an extra image. (standard magento does the same)I know I can change the first of those by editing line 74 of easylighbox/media.phtml so it only displays thumbnails if there's more than one image - which seems like a better option.But how would I change the count of images shown in the lightbox and change the prev/next links so they only show the correct number of images instead of repeating one?

    A: Yes it works with 3d module from our current experience. If you will have any problem then our developers will be able to fix it for free. Also installation for Argento is really easy and doesn't cause any problems.

Q: Is it possible to add a discount percentage to added frequently bought together items? For example: The Item is Mobile Phone and added items are phone accessoires like cases. If customers buys a mobile phone with 1 accessoire he gets 20% discount on this accessoire. If he buys a mobile phone with 2 added accessoires, he gets 25% discount on accessoires. If possible, will those discount percentages (or amount) be visible to the customer on the front-end?
