Q: Q: Product images with the "exclude" option set are still shown in the lightbox. How can I make Lightbox respect the "exclude" flag and not show these images? I installed Lighbox version 3.1.3 on Magento 1.9.2.4.

    A: It should be working fine right out of the box. Please check if you have same settings on store view configuration scope.

Q: Can you disabled Go to Shopping Cart button for Suggest page if Firecheckout is enabled? Ideal options for suggest page (Continue Shopping and Checkout). I see a lot of customers are going to the checkout/cart if they see suggest page. Many customers think Cart features are not available on Checkout page, but if you use Firecheckout all important things are right there. So it would be great to shorten user path toward finishing purchase. The same applies to mobile/table view - it shows additional confirmation block (Continue Shopping VS Checkout) but later it opens Suggest Page where it shows (Go to Shopping Cart VS Checkout). It can be really made much simpler. Conversion would be higher.. thanks a lot for such changes

    A: Hi, Fire Checkout works with bundle products without any problem. Please check if your default checkout works with bundle products. Most likely there is problem with bundle product configuration or some other module conflict;.

Q: Hello,I've just implemented the plugin in my magento webshop but the product images now have a black box in the image. The image is a .png so it might be because of scaling. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    A: You can try edit app\design\frontend\base\default\template\tm\easylightbox\catalog\product\view\media.phtml and add add the keepFrame(false) method call prior to calling the resize() method.

Q: Hello. Is there a way to change the field placement in admin area? I'd like to place the Additional Field #1 to top of the (single) Order page of the Admin area. I found out I have to edit the template files, but what is the right template? Would be great if you could point me to the right way.

Q: I quess this checkout works with Argento as it is shown on the Argento theme. Also does this allow input of a coupon code at the checkout stage as a lot of customers miss the view basket to input the code?

    A: Yes sure it works right out of the box with Argento template. Discount code block can be enabled and disabled on Fire checkout page from extension configuration.

Q: Over time some of my product URLs have changed, yet the old URLs seem cached in this extension, which is creating 404 errors for my website. What can be done about that? And is there a way to get this extension to use Magento's URL rewrites when a product URL is changed? Thanks!
