Q: I tried Order Version 3.4.0 fire ajax does not work and review of the order in 3 columns. It can be Magento version 1.9.2.4.?

Q: Maybe you could add a search and autocomplete cache to the extension? This would be a great feature for the Magento Ajax Search And Autocomplete extension you provide.

    A: Unfortunately we can't, because it's generates to many cache entries.Apparently we removed this feature in one of releases to improve cache speed.Customers who wants to cache this pages, can add them manually in cache configuration "Cacheable pages" but I don't recommend to do this.

Q: Hi Support,Thanks for this nice extension. I want to display the testimonials at the end of the left sidebar in the magento 1.9.2.x, but its still display on the top of the left sidebar. please help me to display it on the bottom of the left sidebar.

Q: Does this module support the 'Collect In Store Checkout Shipping Option' module (https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/collect-in-store-checkout-shipping-option.html) Or different free 'Pickup' modules, which show the pick-up address instead of the customer shipping address in the overview + order details?

Q: I'm using this extension with my argento theme. Your latest release creates a huge drawback. In previous versions the highlight widget allows me to customize the "See all products" link to point to any category I want. This is very convenient when I want to highlight certain products from a category and customers can click on that link to display all products from that category. This make your extension very flexible, I can display any type of product category on the homepage.In your latest release, your Highlight widget has only these predefined pages: example.com/highlight?type=new example.com/highlight?type=bestsellers example.com/highlight?type=featured example.com/highlight?type=onsale example.com/highlight?type=popular. This is very limited and make your extension much less flexible. For example I can't show the new products from a specific category. Why you remove such a very useful feature.

    A: I think we can return the old behaviour in the next release. It was removed becase of configurable page urls.For now you can apply the patch that our support can send to you.

Q: I want to upload a large product image so that the our customer can have a detailed view of products. However does the large image affect the page loading speed. I assume it only loads the already re-sized main image 512x512, the original size is only loaded when the customer enlarge it.

Q: Great extension....my product page looks great with this functionality but i have a small issuei cannot set questions tab... i referred your documentation, it shows i have to set " tm/askit/list.phtml" in template field and i set it but can't see questions tabalso askit folder doesn't exist in my frontend template folder...what can i do now?

Q: i installed this easytab extension. my tab didn't show up it all. my existing tabs started showing up twice. eventually i disabled easytab module in System>config>advance . is there any help u can do ?
