Q: Yes, the image path is correct but when you put this url http://quelovendan.com/funda-cassette-para-iphone.html in fb wall, facebook don't load the image. What's the problem?

Q: Hi Team, I'd really appreciate your guidance so let me clarify my previous question: In setting custom tabs from admin, there is an area where you input the custom tab by attribute id and value. I don't know the proper syntax for it. Please guide. The configuration screen in question is as follows;Enable custom tab #1 Custom tab #1 attribute id "Show value of product attribute with following identifier"-My question is , do I put in the attribute name here such as Shoe_type, then value for women following that? (i,.e Shoe_type, women)?Does this tab only show up for the product with this attribute and value when met?Thanks for your time.

    A: You should put attribute code there. So you should put there just shoe_type.

Q: Hi I'm sure I'm missing something obvious but I cant get the showcase slider to work either. I have checked the images are there and open by manual navigation to them. I have given full permissions to the js file but still nothing. site is http://custompccentre.co.uk

Q: Hi Can you show me the syntax for attribute = and value pair. What I would like to implement is a given tab, that shows up only the page that the that attribute value is set to X (ie. WOMEN, for shoe_type). My guess is, ( shoe_type, WOMEN) is this correct? Thanks for your time in advance.

    A: In case you want to show specific tab only for products with specific attributes set then you should use this attribute only with this attributes set. So in case you want to show shoe_type attribute content for shoes attributes set then you should use it only within this attributes set.

Q: Hello, I installed the extension to 1.4.1.1 magento, I can see it in the magento system/comfiguration under TEMPLATES-MASTER Easy Tabs but when I press the link I get a blank page , I change the directory to my template and I really dont know what is the problem. thanks

Q: Hello i have a problem when i install the future product in xml line <reference name="before_footer"> <block type="featured/featured" name="home.featured" template="catalog/product/featured.phtml"> <action method="setProductsCount"><count>25</count></action> </block> </reference> my site in crash and i cannot make new product to appear in home page and i have in explorer 8 error productinfo.js (getelementsbyselector) i use magento 1.4.1.1

Q: we are using your extension to dsplay banners via different Website views (with different domainnames).In de main site (www.digitalwarehouse.nl) the click trough url's work fine, in the secondairy site (www.digitalwarehouse.be), your extsension adds the 2 urls together.I have checked the Magento settings for the base url's and they look fineThanks

Q: The products in the theme all have "add to compare"... can this be taken out when installed and only have "add to cart"?Can the four options under the main picture on the home page be changed? Say have "About Us" as first option with text...and maybe a picture option second and text on the third...and cut out the fourth and fifth options??Thanks so much
