Q: When one colour falls out of stock does the gallery image and colour swatch remain visible on the front end?

    A: Colors swatches are based on attributes dropdown input elements. So if after getting out of stock your simple products become unavaialbe then corresponding color swatch will also disappear.

Q: Also, when you add a product to the Compare list, the pop-up should show the items already in that list and instead of 'Continue Shopping' should have something like 'Add more products'. Is that something on the roadmap for this extension?

Q: How are images supported so that colors "overlay" from the original picture? For instance, my website sells wigs which come in as many as 20 colors. Do I have to make 20 different images with corresponding colors so that main image changes with selection? Thanks!

    A: Yes it works in such way. You should open your configurable products and go to assiciated products tab. In super products block you will be able to set attribute to use color swatches. Then for each attribute value you will be able to select image from product media gallery and assign color with color picker.

    A: You can use as many colors as you need. There is no any limitation in this extension.

Q: If you select a product, normally on the right side of the product picture you have the price and Availability (Absolute theme) But it's disappear! Whats the problem? Magento 1.4.2.0 rc1

    A: Sorry but we do not test our products with beta and rc releases. Theme will be upgrade to 1.4.2 after official release.

Q: Hello, Great extension. Is it possible to upload the image for the categories so this extension will display the thumbnail...and then have it not display the image that was uploaded for that category when you are actually on that categories page? Thanks

Q: When I try to add flash and browse for a file, I get the following error popup: -------------------------------------------------------------------- error: error in [unknown object].fireEvent():event name: open_browser_callbackerror message: MediabrowserUtility is not defined ---------------------------------------------------------------------Doesn't happen when adding flash within the cms page editors.

Q: Hi, I would like to know if it would be possible to get it in another colour, no so girl-focus style. I would like to use it for a toys shop and therefore it will be better a more unisex colour. Thank you!

Q: My question could have been unclear. Instead of calling an image into the lightbox, I would like to call up html or flash content. Could be an *.html page built for the lightbox use or maybe a *swf file. When I attempt to call out the *.html file, the lightbox faded the page, created a ~250 x250 box, and had the spinning loading graphic...which would never disappear. Should it be just as easy as calling the full html url as opposed to a jpg url?

Q: First of all, thanks for this great theme!I have installed the theme on 1.4.1.1 a few months ago and all was working fine, I have made a couple of changes recently in the developers tab enabling 'Merge JavaScript & CSS Files' and also installed a Minify extension from http://mandagreen.com/introducing-magento-css-js-minifier/ for the css and java files and it seems to have broken the featured products, it appears it now takes the first 26 (enabled) products from my product list rather than the one's I have chosen.Any suggestions? I have already tried to refresh my cache but no luck. My website is www.iStreetStore.co.ukThanks Shragi Leitner

    A: Please try to refresh your store indexes and magento cache. This problem should not be related to JavaScript minifier i think.

    A: Easycatalog images resize option is based on default magento image class. So you should try edit $result = imagejpeg($object->getTmpImage(), $object->getFilePath(true), 80); at app/code/core/Mage/Media/Model/File/Image.php .

Q: How can I display Product SKU within product description (or anywhere on the product page itself, preferably under product title )?I believe that the /app/design/frontend/*template*/*view*/template/catalog/product/price.phtml page should be modified (by adding either <?php echo nl2br($_product->getSku()) ?> or <?php echo $this->htmlEscape($_product->getSku()) ?>), however, this template doesn't have that file/page. Can you point me in the right direction?

    A: You should copy this file from /app/design/frontend/base/default/template/*. We do include only modified files into themes packages.

Q: I need a left sidebar navigation that will display subcategories in a pop out menu when you mouseover the parent categories. None of your screengrabs show this option. Can this extension do this?

Q: Hi, We are testing this theme on 1.4.1.1 and we have a problem with the checkout.One the final page of onepage checkout it comes back with an error "undefined" in a JS box (probably from opcheckout.js)Is this something you have encountered before?Thanks, Joe
