Q: Hi guys,I am having the same issue as a few seem to have before me - the images aren't showing in facebook.I have the meta tag for the og:image placed in but it's just not placing those images in to facebook.How do I go about fixing this?Thanks,James

Q: can we easily change the text and link color scheme? I'd be interested in buying a commercial license but would want to change the text color first.thanks

    A: You can change colors in css files. We do recommend to use Firebug extension for Firefox in order to locate classes you need to edit.

Q: Hi i have tried to use the custom tab but does not seem to be showing. i add custom tabs one call directions and the other called featured videos. to be used for youtube clips. the directions are not showing at all and the youtube clips seem to be displaying on all the other tabs the one i created for it is not showing

Q: Thanks a lot for your help. I finally made it work, all categories works well. Excepted for "additional info tab" because it shows the short description attribute. I think I should try to add a custom tab + a new custom attribute to show differents informations.I checked the easytabs.css, made some change & everything is ok.I got one last question, that might be a bug on your last easy tab version. I'm working on the french version of magento. All tabs are correcly translated excepted the "Product's Review" that stay in english and I don't know where or how to change it. Any idea ?

Q: As I read from the visitor's questions, the extension doesn't have discount possiilities. But I assume that Shopping Cart Pricerules are still possible to apply after installing this extension?

Q: My site has multiple languages and multiple currencies. I wonder where they would be placed blocks of language and currency exchange and whether these are specific to the template.

    A: Currency block will be placed at left column on all catalog pages. Languages switcher is located at header block.

Q: Hi,I need more info, how the extension handle configurable products. About 80% our products are configurable products.A example with a configurable product T-Shirt and size (Smal, Medium, Large, X-Large) 1. Configurabel product T-Shirt -> that´s 1 configurable product + 4 simple products for the size 2. Customer buys a T-Shirt in size medium -> he buys the simple product with size medium, which is not visible in catalog and search. 3. Customer buys a second product "Soap" within the same order 4. Now my question: Does the extension display at the product page "Soap" the configurable product "T-Shirt" together with the product "soap"If my question is not clear please feel free to contact me.Thank you for your help.     A: Thank you for you interest. This extension will display t-shirt configurable product. But please notice that it could not be added to cart directly from soap product page.

Q: Button works great but I too am having an issue with no images being displayed in facebook.For example: http://www.myscoot.com.au/index.php/maddgear-pro-team.html doesn't display images in news feed for that item.The current directory for the image is:http://www.myscoot.com.au/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/500x500/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/m/a/maddgear_team.jpgDo I need to create another directory for this to work and if so will I have to manually store images for my whole product listing?Thanks,

Q: On my product page, I would like to change the color of the tab etc... I tried to search it into the style.css file but I can't find nothing in it. Is there a specific css file to change the apparence of easy tabs ?For my previous question, my magento version is 1.4.1, I didn't made updates, just added some plugins like IG_LightBox, Owebia_Shipping_2, Fontis_Recaptcha, Expeditor_Inet, Banners, FreeCMS. I'm still on my default theme and I can't figure out why only certain tabs are working.. ?Thx

    A: You should edit styles at easytabs.css. We do recommend using Firebug extension for Firefox or built in developer toolbar for other browse in order to locate css styles.Please contact us at store contact form and our support team will check what is wrong with easytabs extension.

Q: Hi. Thanks for your help. The static block was created and enabled but upon checking it again there was a typo in the identifier. Correcting this resolved the problem!

Q: Dear Template Master,I have install the extension manualy because I was not sure of the Magento Connect version already compatibal is with 1.4It look likes the extension works creat but I have 3 questions: - Can I use in the future Magento Connect for installing in Magento 1.4 - Now I've placed most of the files in default/myTheme, but can I use the extension then in all themes or have I to place the files in default/default for use in al themes? - Must I place the file package.xml on my server?Sorry for my bad English, I hope you understand me.

    A: - Yes you can use Magento Connect in recent Magento 1.4 but you can also download recent extension version from our store.- You have to place extension files in default/default in case you want same extension instance for all your stores- You don't need package.xml

Q: I have installed your extension from the Magento Connect website. However, it only appears on the Home Page of my site, and i dont want this, i want it on the category pages. Can you tell me what i am doing wrong I have set category pages to be anchors I have not set anything else with them

    A: Please check extension settings. Probably you have set this block of for anchor categories and categories with child categories. You can also hide categoires block on main page in extension settings. Please set "Show categories listing on homepage" to no.
