Q: Am I missing something? I've gotten the extension installed (had to do it via ftp instead of through Magento Connect), and I've enabled it through System > Configuration, and have created several custom tabs as well. But I just cannot figure out how to disable to default description tabs, or where to access the new tab areas when I'm creating a new product or editing an existing one. How do I make these custom tabs appear?I feel like I'm missing a "Read Me" or "Manual" file in the download.Thanks in advance.

Q: I have installed the Ajax search, the problem is when the results come up matches are highlighted in blue (which is fine) but there are other search results with seemingly no relevance that are listed before the ones highlighted in blue. Any ideas?

    A: In the transactional emails file there should be some emails formatted to let me know questions have been asked and what they are. then when I respond, there should be an email that goes to the customer so she/he can read the answer,

    A: Well, as it is right now. I know a customer has left a question because I get a blank email with the customer email, so that prompts me to go look. Seems like I should get an email with their question in it. Then, when I reply online, the customer gets a blank email from me. I need the Email template (admin notification) and Email template (customer notification)somehow

Q: I installed the theme in version 1.6.1.0 and works almost perfect Only the prices are not showing up I wonder if I help solve this problem? Pay the cost of installation without any problem Tks

Q: Hi, i'm having a problem with this extension with two magento websites. I get extension working in backend and configured (i created a FB app for each website to get code keys). I see FB like button in frontend, but when i click it, it shows baloon with "1" for some seconds and then revert back to original state "like". If i try again, it does the same but go back with faster speed, almost istantly.

Q: I’d like to use the Ask-It extension by Templates-Master. I think it needs a few tweaks to work well for us:(1) Right now, the “Vote for It” and “Leave a Reply” buttons only show up next to a question in the user side if the user is logged on. Could this be tweaked so that these two buttons are always visible? When a customer that isn’t logged in clicks one of the two buttons, the customer should be redirected to a login/register page, and upon completion of that process, be pushed to the “Vote for it” or “Leave a Reply” page, whichever they clicked. This way, many more votes would probably be cast. (2) Right now, the answers are only sorted by date. The most recent question is on top. I think the “Customer Questions” should be sortable by date or by vote count (most votes on top). The customer should be able to select the sort method, but the default view should be “most voted for” (most votes on top, vote count displayed). (3) The “Vote for it” button has a question next to it that says: “Do you have the same question”? This should probably be changed to “Was this question helpful to you”? with Yes and No buttons next to it. Clicking a green “Yes” would increase the vote score by 1; Clicking a red “No” would decrease the vote score by 1. Each user should only be able to vote once per question. (4) Clicking the “Ask a Question” link on a product page when logged in takes you to a "questions" page that has a list of questions. You then need to scroll all the way to the bottom of that page and click “Ask a Question” again before you're shown a form where you can actually ask a question. This should be tweaked so that if you click “Ask a Question”, you’re immediately dropped into a form that lets you ask a question.Given that these changes are front end template changes, not backend functionality changes, I think these should be pretty easy to do, but you guys are the experts. Would you guys be able to make these changes?

Q: Hi there. I had your extension installed and it seems that the option to not show "faces" is not working. I have it set to no and the magento backend, but it still shows faces. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks so much!

Q: Hello! Thanks for this great theme! I want to ask about an issue I have when I set the other colors to my store. In the design tab at configuration (selecting the store view) I change it to f001_green. After reseting the cache the homepage stays blue, but the rest of the store is green, how can I fix this? In the store homepage at CMS-> Pages -> Homepage -> Design, I selected F001 and it doesn`t seem to be changed since I have to choose one of the custom themes. Your help is needed, thanks!

    A: You should no assign any theme at home page design section. This setting will overwrite settings in store config.

Q: Hello I can't get the Highlight extension to work... New or featured products are not shown on the front page. I have added the attribute "featured", I've set a Product as new and featured... nothing happens. Can someone help me about this?

Q: Other great features that you could add to your reviews module are: - possibility to deactivate the "insert image" field of the review input form - possibility to set a number of stras preselected by default from the backend. - widget showing orizontal scroll of reviews in a horizontal, complete with star and image. - possibility to import reviews through an xml or css feed

Q: Can this extension use the existing "manufacturer" attribute, I have almost 2000 items and around 50 brands, it would be a huge job to manually set attributes for each item.

    A: Yes sure you can create unlimited number of pages based on any existing attribute. So you should not feel anything manually if you already have all this data.
