Q: Hi,Thanks for the great extension.Is it possible to configure this extension in a way that I can enable/disable it for specific categories/subcategories.Thanks!

    A: Sorry but that isn't possible in current release. But i can suggest you to remove our extension block using xml and Custom Layout Update setting for categories where you want to remove that block.

Q: Does this extension really support 2checkout payment method? I installed the official 2checkout extension and tried to checkout with Firecheckout but it stuck at the final step (submitting the order) where it redirects to a blank page.

Q: Hello,I have used EasyTabs many times, and I like it a lot.But it does not work on the new RWD theme in Magento CE 1.9.If I switch the theme to default or anything else, EasyTabs works. But not with RWD.Do you know how to get them to work together?

Q: Hi, can you give me a few possible issues that could cause the extension to no longer be able to produce new resized images? it did work when first installed but not any more.

    A: Usually there is issue with write permissions for categories images media folder. Please check that issue first and then if you have enough place on your server.

    A: Right now we don't charge for upgrades but probably next year there will be some fee for increasing upgrade and support period. But that defiantly will be lower then 50% of extension price.

Q: Catalog images appear above main content - I installed this extension and I am very happy that it worked the first time! Q: Hi! If I want to display a list of categories in static block with widget "Easy Catalog Images", but these categories have different parent categories. If I choose "Default Category" as root, and indicate via coomma caterories which I need to show in this block - it displays only second-level categories from Default category. Please advise how to display list of any categories in one block. Thank you

    A: Sorry but that isn't possible right out of the box. You can only list all categories and exclude categories that you don't want to be listed.

Q: I have installed this and it it working, except custom created tabs arent working. I cant seem to figure out how to find them, edit the content or anything for the product pages. Am I missing something?

Q: the extension seems to only read from the product name, does it include results based on content within the description or from Meta data? ie if you have a product that is a branded product that falls into a category, but that category is not in the product name (only in description) will it appear in the search?

Q: Hello, how do I install this extansion? I tried to upload the folder to the direct package file upload option in the Magento content manager, but it doesn't let me introduce the folder. Can you please explain how should I do this?

Q: Hello! This extension is present in Argento theme. I have enabled it at Settings, but I couldn't see any changes on Category pages. On Home page everything works. If it possible to use it on Category pages? Thanks!
