Q: Hi, Google has released the Search Box rich snippet a couple of months ago. Will this be added to the next version of this extension in the near future or should I implement directly in Magento using customisation? Kind regards, Wim

Q: I have recommend this extension to my client and he had purchased this extension. But there is one problem is coming on product detail page. Swatch images not working with Image zoom functionality. When I select a swatch option then it changes the main image but when mouse over on that main image for zooming, it shows image which was selected before.

Q: We're using several cart rules based on the subtotal for scaled discounts. (>100€ = 10%, >200€ = 15%, etc) Now fire checkout uses the net price, while it should use the gross prive, and there for calculates with the wrong cart rule. The issue occurs only in fire checkout, not in cart and neither in the order.Our Setup is Magento 1.7.2 + fire checkout 2.4.5. Is this a known bug which was fixed in the 2.5 line?I cross checked in Magento 1.9 + fc 2.5.7. All works fine there.Best Daniel

    A: Yes we have fixed one of possible reasons that could cause that problem. We would suggest to upgrade if possible.

    A: There is no seprate interface on products page but you can create individual labels based on rules and assign them to any product.

Q: Hi,I want to use this plugin in the new magento 1.9 CE and disable the hover zoom of the package RWD.My question is : 1) is the plugin compatible with Magento CE 1.9? I have tried many other plugins but they all say that they are companble with 1.9 but they didnt work2) can the plugin disable the default hover zoom on the product description page?please reply soon.thanks

Q: i want to hide Product Description tab, Questions tab, Product Tags Tab from magento frontend ( through admin backend settings) and these tabs come when click onto any product. I dont want to hide it by css dispaly:none.

Q: Hi, does your extension work with worldpay? also I've been having issues with other one page checkout extensions (which I've been testing - including the bundled OPC checkout in magento 1.9 CE) with Ajax not loading in IE explorer 9 & 10)..have tested your demo & appears to work fine! so I'm guessing there would be no issues there?Have been using HardikAjaxCart (for adding items into the basket, which I quite like)..I guess that there would be no conflict here?Kind regardsDavid

    A: apologies, I meant Worldpay 'Select Junior' which uses HTML forms to send information about each purchase to WorldPay. I have a module installed - so I guess this will function ok?

    A: Our extension supports Worldpay but i don't sure for 100% about "Select Junior". In any case if you will have any compatability problems then our developers will fix that issue for free.

Q: Hi, I installed the ajax search today and it was working great except if I search for two words. If a product name is: "Brand - Model - Color" And I search for: "Brand Color" I get no hits. As i can see on magentocommerce.com this should work. (Second picture on "Magento Ajax Search And Autocomplete extension") What can I do?

Q: What is it that this software does differently than what Magento does by default?We have a magento store with CDN through a sub-domain in back end for - skin / media / js.

Q: Billsafe extension is not working in our Magento enterprise with the checkitout extension. Q: Can you update the demo site as well? The demo site looks horrible and does not have all the slider options either. There's no way to make an informed decision.

Q: Hi, We purchase this recently and found a bug, when adding a bundle product to wishlist the option of the bundle are not loading in the wishlist so when adding it from wishlist to cart there is an error about the options to be configured. we are working with magento ee 1.14
