Q: I am using the Shopper Theme by Quel'dorei purchased via Templates Master. I am very interested in implementing this extension primarily for the delivery date feature. Will this work with Shopper Theme easily? If not, are customization services available and how long does it take to customize?

Q: On the product detail page, is there a link to the Brand/Attribute Page that has been setup? For example, on an apple branded item a link to 'All Apple Products' would be nice.

Q: Hi, When we parse email from different email address can we the department to it.ie if emails are from sales@asd.com then it goes to sales department. if emails are from support@asd.com then it goes to support department.Hope my question is clear.

    A: Yes sure you can create separate gateways and and assign each gateway to separate department. That will allow to sort all support issues in a way you need.

Q: Hi,Where can I translate "more products" in ajax product listing, when used with button, not scroll. I cant find it anywhere, and inline translation dont work on this button.

Q: Demo does not workIf i understand it rightI can add pages or static blocks based on product attributesfor example i want a page with only all products in redI create an extra cms page ---> red products and add an widget and select for products all products where attribute color is redright ?what about pagination and listing sorting ? (because maybe there a lot of products with an attribute REDCan i create different templates for the look and feel ?

    A: You can create different products blocks and that is true. But you can't add any pagination to it for now. As for pages for now there are several pages are available such as new products page or on sale products page.

    A: Prolabels reindex process is scheduled to be executed every day and it's based on Magento default crone processes. So all you need to make it run is just configure Magento default cron .

    A: Dear Edward, in current release we don't have page crawler. So after first visitor will access that page then full page cache entries will be created for it. After that next visitors will use same cache entries and page will be loaded faster.
