Q: I have just installed a fresh install of Magento 1.5.0.1 and used your beautiful template. All is working, the theme shows up fine on the home page and category pages etc. But even though in Admin - Configuration and the Design Tab shows f002 everywhere still the Product Detail pages of the articles appear in the default style of Magento.When selecting the product and changing it into Modern theme it changes, also the other default themes that come with Magento makes it change to that theme. But when I select f002 it defaults to the Magento theme.

    A: Please check custom design settings of your categories and settings at admin > system > design. Most likely your previous theme was set as default ether at design settings or categories settings.

    A: We do have Firecheckout version created for 1.3.2.4. But it doesn't contain all recent features.

Q: I purchased Easy Banners in May 2010 and it worked great. (Unfortuneately we never got site finished, but now we are working on it again) We have gone to the new 1.501 version and was wondering before I uploadd to the site, is version 1.2 Easy Banners going to work or do I need a different version.

Q: Can the Image Slider be shortened in size? I would like to scale it to allow 3 stacked stationary images (ads) on its right side. Also do you use other Image Sliders, perhaps one with small thumbnailed boxes, not numbers?Also as the person above asked about the 3 small images, can that space below be expanded down to allow larger height images? It is also easy to change the top menu around to my own liking?

    A: Thank you for your interest. Yes slider size can be changed in admin and you can place additional banners on right. Current slider doesn't allow you to use thumbnail boxes. You can also easily change items in top navigation block.

Q: Hi There,I am just wondering if the template comes with the extensions for the slider, featured products, home tabs etc?     A: Yes template comes with all this extensions. You should not buy any extensionsother except template. Also you can control all content on home page through admin panel.

Q: Do I need a Multidomain licence for one Magento installation with two shops or is a Singledomain licence enough? First domain is something like ch-de.domain.tld, and the other one is like ch-fr.domain.tld.

Q: Regarding one of the existing questions:Hi, it worked like a charm until recently, I checked it on my home page products grid and it said "product not available".Still works fine on the product page though. I don't remember what I've done, I just know I didn't touch anything in the extension folder.... ThanksWe have the same problem. Our shop runs since 3 weeks without any problem. Since yesterday evening the problem occurs. I have checked and the reason is a broken url withint the view.phtml.

Q: Genius extension! Thank you so much for making this extension free to Magento users.Is it possible to reorganize the tabs? I have some products that are food items with Ingredients and Instructions as separate tabs, and I would like to put those directly after Description and before Tags and Reviews.
