A: Most likely you are using wrong template version at your store. For example you are using "template source 1.4.2" at Magento 1.5 CE. Please download recent theme package and use appropriate theme version.

A: Yes it can be done without any problem.

A: You have a problem because of compilation mode was set on during extension installation. In order to fix this problem please rename easytabs.xml to easytabs.xml.off at app/etc/modules and then you will be able to access your store admin again. After that you shoulod go to Admin > System > Tools > Compilation and turn compilation mode off.

A: I don't sure what type of block you are referring to. But in case it's attributes block then you can remove first column at templates/easytabs/attributes.phtml.Also you can change this tab name at easytabs.xml

A: Never mind, I figured it out and got it working. Now if only I could add the product name just above each "featured product" image I would be perfect. Thanks and have a great weekend.

A: That doesn't really answer the question. I have several attributes set up for each product. But none of them are used to populate the tab when it's enabled.Is Easytab pre-configured to take this information form a specific attribute? If so what attribute is it looking for? If it's looking for a specific attribute then it will need to be set up in Magento.Or if, as your reply seems to suggest, it can use any attribute that I choose, then where do I specify which attribute or attributes to use?

A: Sorry but we have not tested extension with layered navigation block placed on home page. I think that problem with template files is caused by using this block on home page rather then other issues.

A: This page is set via template at templates/contacts/form.phtml.

A: Yes sure. You can set this option at extension admin settings.

A: nevermind, I figured it out

A: I did find the offending line in app\design\frontend\[custom folder]\default\template\catalog\product\list.phtml and commented it out. But it would be good if 'Easy Catalog Images' has control over this, because I think by enabling this addon it takes the control away from managing this on a per category basis using 'Display mode: static blocks and products'

A: You should use default_a035 as identifier for slider on home pag.

A: Sorry but our extension doesn't affect magento search module in any way. It simply improve suggest module. Most likely your store has some problems with search module. We would suggest to try using default catalogsearch.xml in order to check if you will see any search results with it.

A: Most likely you are using older theme version. I would suggest to download this theme and update at least catalog.xml file at your store with recent file version.
