Q: Hello, is it possible to get the second layer from the dropdown main menu prepared for mor colums than one ? If i have a lot of categorys in the second layer it goes out of the screen. Thanks for your reply! Regards, Kenny.

    A: It can be done with some changes but i would really sugest consider using templates-master.com/magento-extensions/magento-navigation-pro.html. Wich we can install and configure for free.

Q: I would like to include "more images" in a separate tab along with the other content from that tab.Now, I have tried to call the block in the file ../template/easytabs/catalogproductcustom1.phtml like this:echo getLayout()->createBlock('catalog/product_view_media')->setTemplate('catalog/product/view/media.phtml')->toHtml();This should work as I know it. Instead the script just breaks here. Any suggestions?TY

    A: I get no error. The tabs stop loading there, the tabs after this tab don't load anymore. If I check for errors with Firebug, the response the page gets is "500 internal server error".TY for your assistance.

    A: Same error as if I try to use in in the tab. The page stops loading at that point, after that its all blank. I put the code in catalogproductview.phtml file.Thank you.

Q: Hello - i recently purchased this plugin - trying to find if we can import product images. I have a site with many many (1000s of products) and all images are named for example AJ12345-RED.jpg - and trying to find if we can import images into your plugin system, assuming the SKU name matches the image name.     A: Note - we have a way to import images into our Magento site via a script, but what I am trying to do is automate the process of selecting which image goes with each swatch/color... so that if a SKU is for example 1234-PINK for this color and the image name is 1234-PINK.jpg - hoping to automate which one is selected from your tool...

Q: Hello, first very much like your theme, thank you for making it and making it free.I'm working on a site using your theme, and have noticed an issue. The about us and the contact us tabs do not show as pressed once you click on them. For example if I instal the theme and create 4 categories 4 tabs will be created in the store. If I click on say the furniture tab the tab will look like it is pressed. But if I click on the about us or contact us tabs they do not look like they are selected. You can see an example of this by looking at your demo store: Magento Absolute Theme Demo and clicking on furniture and then clicking on about us. You will notice that when you click on furniture the tab gets indented (or activated) but if you click on about us, about us does not get activated. Granted this is because on your demo that page doesn't exist but on my theme it does and yet the tab does not get activated. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?Thanks

Q: Hi. i purchased this template a while ago and had a question.I've noticed that it doesn't have any star bars on the reviews section. This seems to me to be a feature of the normal magento and is an important part of ecommerce. Can i re-enable this somehow?Best regards. Adam.

    A: This template have that feature but reviews are simply not show on categories pages. You can contact us at http://templates-master.com/helpdesk and we will be glad to help you if you have reviews problem on product page or add them to categories listing page.

    A: Sorry but that extension is already using fb:app_id. Next meta tag fb:admins is not required according to Facebook guidelines but can be added on request.

Q: Why has the below question from rob aubin not been answered since March? I'd like to know as well. The search function is pretty much useless without that feature:the extension seems to only read from the product name, does it include results based on content within the description or from Meta data?

Q: Hi, As already mentioned earlier, I have a problem concerning customization of the Top Navigation Menu Bar of the Absolute Theme. I have entered the first 6 categories of products without any problems. But as I started to enter category 7 of the 12 categories that I need, I face a problem. In fact, the layout of the second column of the Menu Bar comes out of the box from Store Navigation/ Header and pushes the Main Block away, and it doesn't look nice at all. The Shop is on Local Host / Local Server (Wamp). If you want I can send you pictures of the Top Nav. I just want the Top Nav Menu Bar to remain inside Store Navigation/ Header, without changing the position of the Main Block. I would really apreciate if you or ANYONE ELSE could help me to resolve this issue or at least tell me where to look in order to make the necessary changes.Thanks in advance for your kindness,Erik

Q: Hi The demo site is not usable on Ipad and Iphone. the issue is that it does not scroll and anything below the screen can not be seen. is this an issue you are aware of.

Q: I am getting the following error when going to the configuration page:String could not be parsed as XMLI had the Magento Connect version installed initially but have removed it and installed the version from here. I am running Magento 1.6.2.0, any idea what may be the issue?

    A: Most likely problem caused by your hosting settings that doesn't allow to load extension list of Facebook languages. In order to fix that allow_url_fopen = On should be st at php.ini.

Q: Hello Peter,In replay to your answer: My store is in localhost/localserver (wamp), not yet online. What I meant is that I have got an issue with top navigation menu bar while inserting my second line (layers) of categories. Infact while the first line (layer)of categories remain into "Site Navigation" at the bottom of it, the second line of top nav menu bar comes out of place between Header and Main Block.
