Q: Hi,I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I edit the pop up gallery image viewer? I can't seem to find it? I'd like to either alter or remove the close window aspect in it.I'd also like to add a share on facebook button on the product page, can you let me know where I edit for this also?Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

    A: We do expect next version of this template within next 1-2 weeks. From our initial experience there should be no problem for using this template on magento 1.6.

Q: Hello TM-Team,since Magento Version 1.5+ (at the moment we work with CE v1.5.10), the featured products section does not work correct for us. I read similar posts here and try to fix the problem with reindexing and/or clear the cache - but it doesn't work.The problem is, that the featured product section shows up 29 random products (but everytime the same) and not one of the products I have set as featured.How can I fix this? In v.1.4+ the featured product section works fine...Thank you for your support

    A: First of all, I've tried to vote for this question and I received an Magento error: Error log record number: 114064501.I have the same problem. It seems that sometimes appear, sometimes not. First time I've installed Magento through Downloader (version 1.5.1.0), I've added 2 categories, 3 products (for test) and I've installed this theme directly and everything was fine.After few days, I've trying to reproduce my live store and because the 1.6.0.0 stable version was online, I had downloaded the 1.5.1.0 version and I've installed. After installation I've put database from my live store and after that I've installed this theme. At this time the same problem has occurred. The section featured was directly filled with products. Even after I've set some featured products, the system didn't care. It filled with the same products every time.Clear cache, reindex, clear the var directory and so on, have no result. If the team support has found a solution for René van den Boogaard, hope they will wrote it here. My website is http://dev.nutrienti.eu Any suggestion?Thanks!

Q: I have loaded a background image but am having trouble making the main content area (white) transparent so as to be able to see more of the background image. Does anyone have any tips?

    A: Sorry but i think it's misunderstood. Installation instructions for that template are still valid for Magento Community Edition 1.7.

Q: Hello! Thanks for this great theme! I want to ask about an issue I have when I set the other colors to my store. In the design tab at configuration (selecting the store view) I change it to f001_green. After reseting the cache the homepage stays blue, but the rest of the store is green, how can I fix this? In the store homepage at CMS-> Pages -> Homepage -> Design, I selected F001 and it doesn`t seem to be changed since I have to choose one of the custom themes. Your help is needed, thanks!

    A: You should no assign any theme at home page design section. This setting will overwrite settings in store config.

    A: Sorry but i don't see that problem. Right now at your site i can see that your store has more categories in top menu then it have space for.

Q: Hi Guys,I installed the Absolute Theme.And i'm using the grey skin.The problem that i'm having is that the skin is working on all the pages except the homepage.ex: http://www.haarlemgsmreparatie.nl Blue theme ex: http://www.haarlemgsmreparatie.nl/furniture.htmlWhat am I doing wrong, please help :)

    A: Hi Robert,Login into the admin panel>CMS>Pages>Homepage. Under the Design Tab>Custom Layout>Custom Theme. Change the setting from "f001" to "-Please Select-" If you have selected the silver color in the configuration>design>skin then it should change color upon save.Hope this helps!JR

Q: Hello thank you TM for a great theme! I have installed on Magento 1.4.0.1 an Absolute Theme 1.4.0.1 and it is working overall. But the right sidebar and in checkout the buttons and looks of the checkout and cart are not good.I have reuploaded fresh theme pack and frsh default/base App and Skin folders but with no luck. Q: Hi, I'm having trouble having the Featured Products show at the bottom. I created and added the attribute to the set. I made it as yes/no value. I put yes in the product page. However, theres still no featured products bar. Thanks!

    A: If you want to enable separate theme for mobile devices you can use exceptions in System > Configuration > Design.

    A: hi, i do have change in in System > Configuration > Design, Matched Expression fill out iPhone|iPod|BlackBerry|Palm|Googlebot-Mobile|Mobile|mobile|mobi|Windows Mobile|Safari Mobile|Android|Opera Mini, Value fill out iphone, but when i visit my site with cell phone, it is not a mobile version, when i deleted your theme "f001", the mobile version is working fine.

Q: Hi, I have been using this Absolute theme since 2010 now and it has been fantastic and very compatible with all Magento upgrades. I am having a slight issue with Magento 1.8 and the Absolute Theme where the "Add to Cart" button within the "Latest Products"section on the Home Page only takes me to the shopping cart but does not add the product to the cart. The button works perfectly fine in all other scenario's even when I am logged in as a customer and click from the home page "Add to Cart" it works fine. Only when I am a Guest I have this issue. Thanks in advance for any help, my website is http://mycustompc.com.au for reference and sample. Gary.

Q: Hello, first very much like your theme, thank you for making it and making it free.I'm working on a site using your theme, and have noticed an issue. The about us and the contact us tabs do not show as pressed once you click on them. For example if I instal the theme and create 4 categories 4 tabs will be created in the store. If I click on say the furniture tab the tab will look like it is pressed. But if I click on the about us or contact us tabs they do not look like they are selected. You can see an example of this by looking at your demo store: Magento Absolute Theme Demo and clicking on furniture and then clicking on about us. You will notice that when you click on furniture the tab gets indented (or activated) but if you click on about us, about us does not get activated. Granted this is because on your demo that page doesn't exist but on my theme it does and yet the tab does not get activated. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?Thanks

Q: Hi, As already mentioned earlier, I have a problem concerning customization of the Top Navigation Menu Bar of the Absolute Theme. I have entered the first 6 categories of products without any problems. But as I started to enter category 7 of the 12 categories that I need, I face a problem. In fact, the layout of the second column of the Menu Bar comes out of the box from Store Navigation/ Header and pushes the Main Block away, and it doesn't look nice at all. The Shop is on Local Host / Local Server (Wamp). If you want I can send you pictures of the Top Nav. I just want the Top Nav Menu Bar to remain inside Store Navigation/ Header, without changing the position of the Main Block. I would really apreciate if you or ANYONE ELSE could help me to resolve this issue or at least tell me where to look in order to make the necessary changes.Thanks in advance for your kindness,Erik

Q: Hello Peter,In replay to your answer: My store is in localhost/localserver (wamp), not yet online. What I meant is that I have got an issue with top navigation menu bar while inserting my second line (layers) of categories. Infact while the first line (layer)of categories remain into "Site Navigation" at the bottom of it, the second line of top nav menu bar comes out of place between Header and Main Block.

Q: Hello,First of all, thanks a lot for this nice theme. I have it installed on localhost (Magento 1.7.02) Everythings works well. Question: I moved the search bar outside the header, because i needed more space to my 12 categories. When I startet the second layer of categories in the top nav menu bar, I noticed that it went out of the header and devide the header from the main block. I have incresed the header high but the second layer of top nav remain positioned between header and main block. I would like to fit the top nav menu bar in the middle of the header mantaining the 2 layer categories. I wounder how can I resolve this? Or at least where should I look forward to do it?Thanks in advance for your answer,Erik

Q: Hi, First of all I would like to thank you guys for this nice free theme. I'm new at Magento and I don't have much knowledge. But I've managed to install the Absolute Theme and even to change colour to it. I have installed the theme on a local server. So what I wonder about is if it is possible to change the Featured Product Slider into a Glider that move the products from one side to another automatically. And how I should proceed step by step of course...Again, thanks a lot!
