Q: When I add custom option, it becomes too wide on the bottom. Is there anyway I can reduce the size and move it towards the right side of the product picture. thanks

Q: Hi!I have a problem with jQuery - when I include jQuery in my project based on this theme, home page glider stops working as expected. I can still switch between slides but there're no animations and current slide marker does not work either.Thanks ahead!

Q: Hello everybody,I'm trying to find a way to run this theme in german and although about 98% of the words are already translated perfectly into german, there are stil a few words that get displayed in english. Now if I knew where to find the relevant .phtml files I could solve this problem on my own, but I simply don't know where to look for them. To me, the magento structure is pretty confusing.The files I am looking for are those who are responsible for:- frontend output after purchase ("your order has been received") - when I click onto the preview-button of a product in the product list it pops up and reads "In den Warenkorb OR Auf den Wunschzettel" - I'd like to change the word "OR"Also, the search function is not working. I don't know if this is caused by this theme or something else. I'm running on Magento 1.6.2. Do you know of any problems regarding the search function with this version?Any help is appreciated! Q: Installed the Template and added your Easy Catalog Images extension. Unfortunately the Slider is placed UNDER the Catalog Images. With over 20 categories, the slider is just above the footer and is not visible anymore when opening the webshop.I tried the following change: From the Home Page Content moved the Slider PHP definition (<div id="slider">... till ... </div> </div>) to the homepage.phtml (\magento\app\design\frontend\default\default\template\easycatalogimg) just before the Easy Catalog Images PHP code.Now the Slider is placed just above the Easy Catalog Images and icons are sliding. Shortcut is working. But the actual image files are not being displayed. I tried to change the <img src="{{skin url="images/slider/slider1.jpg"}}" in all possible variants. Unfortunately I can get the slider images on the Home Page.Can you please advise?

Q: I am having trouble getting the price to change with configurable products. I see that it works on the demo. I am running Magento 1.4.2.0 and the version of Absolute Theme is 1.4.1.0

A: You can do that but it will require editing both to navigation template and css styles. You can consider using our Easy navigation extension for that purpose.

Q: I have installed Magento v1.6 with the absolute theme v1.6 (f001_grey) only and there are a few problems. It seems that parts of the stylesheet and images are not pulled from the right place. For example: 1. The images from the slider appear however they appear down the page instead of in the slider. The slider itself is not there, just the images down the page. 2. The navigation backgorund images are not there. When a menu items are added they appear up and down instead of normally from left to right. 3. The footer formatting is off. 4. The background images are not there. I installed f001_grey skin only instead of f001 as the but I do not think that matters because I tried it both ways. I think it has to do with the custom.css....I have installed f001 on a previous version of Magento and it worked. Any suggestions. Thank you.

Q: Alright, so my website is currently suffering from the "Lack of Featured Products" problem, except I've tested different versions of Magento, and different version of this Theme. The effect happens on both.on my website (http://airdriemobilecuisine.com/) The bottom featured products area goes blank for no reason! I've set up all of the products properly, and set them as featured. I've had this working for almost a year, but just recently it stopped working.I can 'Refresh" them back for half a day by using the "Reindex all" method, but seriously?? I shouldn't have to do that each day to get my featured products to return!As I said, this happens on a fresh Magento install, and even my old Install... What should I do??

A: Sorry can you tell us if refreshing indexes help you? Each time you edit catalog structure indexes got outdated so it can affect featured products block.

A: Refreshing the index data only produces a couple of featured products available (Which makes the featured area act weird..), and will eventually vanish again (I've tried this method a few times). Even if I set more products as featured, and re-index, nothing else seems to show. The ones that do show in the featured area are "acting weird" by the fact the Featured Products' area Arrows are clickable, and end up sending the scrolling really off.

Q: I found a little bug. I see it on Firefix 5 and 6 and IE9. So, it seems that isn't depend on browser. I've set the green skin and at search box it is seen a blue line. It is because of btn_search.gif which is a blue image. The line with this image is in style.css and the line is <br /> .header .form-search button.button span { border:0; height:21px; background:url(../images/btn_search.gif) 0 0 no-repeat; padding:0 0 0 3px; font:bold 11px/21px Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif; } <br /> It is a but or it was intentionally putted there?

A: Sorry but this there is small bug with additional colors skin and search field. It should be fixed in next theme versions. Right now you can contact our support team and they will help you to fix it.

Q: Dear support team, sorry for asking again but there is a problem with newsletter-sign out. When I try to sign out from newsletter in the blue box, I am getting again the confirmation email for the newsletter sign in. There is no possibility for signing out of the newsletter in the blue box and in the backend the newsletter subscriber is still active. Q: We are a manufacture of light fixtures. Current site is http://www.divinelighting.net. I am trying to learn Magento in hopes of changing over to it. I downloaded this theme and for the most part it suits my needs. However, I need to remove ALL things price, cart, stock, ect. We do not sell on the site. Our customers are distributors and they purchase via purchase orders. I have already disabled alot of the things in Admin>System>Configuration>Advanced>Advanced.So my question.... Could anyone give me instructions on what files on the theme I need to edit? I need to know where the files are, what file, and exactly what likes to delete.Again, things i need to remove....1- Any place that shows prices 2- All Add to Cart Buttons 3- All Qty boxes 4- All things to do with reviews (the stars too) 5- All things to do with stock (also remove the featured items block dependancy on stock)If anyone can help, it would be great.

Q: With Magento 1.4.2. and f001 the fields in the checkout page with the billing informations appearing to short and the hole design (e.g. postion/design of "continue" button) of this page is a bit different to the other pages the checkout, wich are in f001 design. A: Most likely you are using wrong template version at your store. For example you are using "template source 1.4.2" at Magento 1.5 CE. Please download recent theme package and use appropriate theme version.

Q: Just one final question on the Absolute Theme. Please look at my current homepage of my site in development..... http://metalshipper.com/magento/index.php/ . You will notice on the bottom of the homepage there seems to be two repeating page elements for the bottom of the content area. It only shows this way for the homepage, the rest of the site look the way it should. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks very much. I will also want to purchase the commercial license to be able to remove your information on the footer.
