Q: Hello Template-Master. I love the absolute theme and have just one question. I installed everything and it is working well. http://metalshipper.com/magento/The only issue is that I cannot see the "contacts" page anywhere in the admin section. I see it on the frontend with the email form, but I want to add some phone number info, etc...and there is nowhere on the backend to edit this page. When I go to CMS>PAGES> there is no "contacts" page to be found. How can I load this page into the CMS>PAGES so I can edit it easily?Thanks very much,Ben

Q: I have this template installed on Magento 1.5. When I set up a configurable product using an attribute - size, the category listing doesn't switch to "Priced From" and selecting a size on the product page doesn't change the price of the item either dynamically or when adding it to the cart. Is there something I'm missing?

Q: Dear templates-master team,we have purchased the commercial license of your theme and everything worked just fine until we updated the system 1.5.0.1. Since that prices dont show up on product pages. They work everywhere else properly, just not on the product pages. Do you have any solution for that?regards peter b

Q: Hi there,Great theme - I'm hoping you can help with a problem with the image magnifier.It's a problem which occurs only with images imported with the Magento import procedure. Everything is correct in the back end but the magnifier flashes briefly when the page loads but then diappears. Q: Hi TM. Thanks for a great theme. It looks great. My question is about the menu bar. I've added several categories that all display fine. I have many top level categories though. If I enable all of them that I want in the menu though, the menu bar wraps to the next line.Is there a way to make the category names wrap to the next line for categories with longer names? Basically, a two row category name. Thanks!

Q: Hey, great theme. I have a problem with the layered navigation: if I add a subcategory then the layered navigation is not visible on the page of that subcategory. altough the layered navigation is visible on the page of the anchor categoryCan anyone help me?Thanks a lot!

Q: Hi! Great theme, thanks! I'm using it on Magento 1.5.0.1 and it seems okay except there is some kind of "artifact" to the left side of the search field (in the top nav bar) that doesn't look like it's supposed to be there. At first I figured that it was something I had done wrong, but then when I looked at the test site from another commenter, I saw he was having the same issue (the cell phone website below). I see the issue on both Firefox 3.6 and IE 8. Mine is on an internal test server, so I don't have a URL to show you. Any ideas? Thanks

Q: Dear Support Team,First of all: thanks for the great template. I am using the grey theme, but I want to change the background color to our standard background (logo). I have change the background from color to our picture (in custom.css). Unfortenately there is still a grey box at the bottom and a grey line at the right. Q: Hello, This an excellent them. Very well put together. Although I have a couple of issues I hope you can help out with. I am using Magento ver. 1.5.0.1. The featured products on the home page is not showing up ( http://usedcheapcellphone.com/index.php/ ). I created the featured attribute as instructed in the installation instructions. I have set products as featured and still they do not show. Also the quick view option is not working as well ( http://usedcheapcellphone.com/index.php/verizon.html ). When I click on it the loading animation just keeps on going without doing anything. Please help... thank you.

    A: Please try to refresh your store indexes in order to show products on home page. You should also check if featured products are in stock and set enabled.Quick view feature probably doesn't work because of some missing files. We would suggest to reupload theme files if possible.

    A: I cannot get them to show either. However, I do not "sell" on my site. Its for showing products only. We are a manufacture of lighting and need alot of the magento features except anything to do with prices, shopping carts, and stock.So how can i get the featured products to show? Instead of featured, I could use a "New Items" block there instead.

Q: I am using the default F001 blue theme, but I have have a page with eco-friendly products and want the background to be green. How can I use just the back ground from F001_green on that page only? The rest of the page can be styled to the blue theme.

    A: Yes sure you can do this. Please just copy background image body_bg.gif from f001_green. You will need also update background color at custom.css for body tag and footer_bg.gif image.

    A: You should add categories as child to your root category. Also you should select your new root category as default for you store at store management interface.

Q: Very nice theme and the price is perfect, thanks. 2 questions: If I have enough categories to fill the top bar, the last category slides under the search bar, how can I fix this ? The other issue is I can't get the latest products to appear. I set the product as new from Today, is enabled, has stock and is visible, i reset the indexes and the cache. Any ideas ??Thank you

    A: We would suggest to change position of search window to fix first issue. In order to fox second issue please let us know if product set as new is shown in your store catalog.

Q: I'm using Magento ver. 1.4.1.0 and have had the theme working beautifully for some weeks. I changed the menu from the right hand sidebar to the lefthand side and now the New Products and Featured Products have disappeared and I cannot see why. There are definitely products configured as 'new' and 'featured' so I would relly appreciate some help to resolve this one. My site is www.alishwholesalejewellery.co.uk.

Q: Hi, great template, but i run into a problem.<block type="page/html_footer" name="footer" as="footer" template="page/html/footer.phtml"> I can find and edit perfectly.<block type="core/text_list" name="right" as="right" translate="label"> I cannot find the location of this, in order to edit the right column. Similar for the block called 'left'. I assume it all relates to the block type "core/xxx" which makes it difficult to find.I would appreciate some help with this.Thanks! Bas

    A: You can't edit this block directly. This block works as container. You should edit xml files in order edit content of sidecolumns.
