A: Recent extension version will not change main products image in case it was excluded from gallery. Please let us know if you are interested in such customizations.

A: Unfortunately we have not tested this extension for 1.3.2 yet. Also this extension will not work with simple products and custom products options.

A: Sorry but you can use only one image for one color.

A: Colors swatches are based on attributes dropdown input elements. So if after getting out of stock your simple products become unavaialbe then corresponding color swatch will also disappear.

A: Yes it works in such way. You should open your configurable products and go to assiciated products tab. In super products block you will be able to set attribute to use color swatches. Then for each attribute value you will be able to select image from product media gallery and assign color with color picker.

A: You can use as many colors as you need. There is no any limitation in this extension.
