Q: I am looking for this extension. but i have 1 query. Is it possible for multiple attribute. e.g if we need to change embroidary color(1st attribute) and belt color(2nd attribute). Please reply ASAP.

Q: How can I assign image to options? For now product image just disappears on click on option icon.

Q: Why does this extension not keep the sort order of the swatches, even though the attributes are sorted in order and the drop down menu is correct. the swatches DO NOT reflect the same sort order as the drop down menu.

    A: This only happens in Google Chrome by the way. Sort order works fine in firefox.

    A: This extension can work with our prozoom extension. We have not tested it with cloud-zoom extension.

Q: I bought and installed this extension. But I do not see the option to checkmark the "Use Colorswatches" under the Super product attributes configuration.Can you please provide the steps to set this up? I have already enabled the extension under System -> Configuration.I am running Version 1.5.1

    A: Yes, the cache was disabled.Also, I am still confused on how to setup the simple products to associate with the configured items, do you have a demo admin page that I can see how you setup the colorswatch?Thanks.

Q: Everytime I save a product, "Use colorswatches Text" changes from checked to unchecked. Is this normal? It is a big time wasting to have to go to the associated products tab to re-check the Use colorswatches Text box everytime I change 'anything' about the product.

    A: Please open ticket at http://templates-master.com/helpdesk and our developer will check what is wrong. It looks like there some problem with extension tables in db.

Q: Can we opt to not use the swatches on the product page and stay with the conventional dropdown menus? Can swatches be assigned to product via csv import?

    A: You can only disable swatches for all products not just one by one. Also you can't import them right now via csv.

Q: Can I customize the order of options shown--such as having the smallest size as the left most option? Now the options start with the largest size.

    A: Right now extension doesn't affect order of attributes. But i think you can do this at magento attributes managment interface.

    A: Sorry but i don't think that it will work right out of the box with Magic zoom extension. But it works with prozoom extension right out of the box. Current extension version support one image for each color.

Q: I bought and installed this extension on 1.4.1.1. I set using product image for color attributes. But at frontend, the color still shows as dropdown instead of thumbnails. Any idea?

Q: Can the default simple product image be assigned to it's color swatch automatically, if this product is added into a configurable product? Or I have to manually assign it again when set up the products? I use CVS batch upload all configurable products and I wish not have to go to individual product to assign swatches.

    A: Sorry but unfortunately it isn't possible to upload default image. You have manually assign each products color thumbnails.

Q: The price of a option product is calculated as a sum of price of standard product + fixed price of option product. Is it possible that the price of optional products determin entering the field price and not by a sum.
