Q: TM_ReviewReminder - filter is not working, getting error for every columns when filter with email - Integrity constraint violation: 1052 Column 'customer_email' in where clause is ambiguous and product query error.

Q: Is this fully automated? In other words, when a user makes an order, are they automatically added to the queue?

    A: Yes that is fully automated and you can set review reminders to be sent either automatically or after approval by admin.

Q: Review Reminder - config option to choose customer groups to send reminders. Many stores like to avoid sending emails to VIP or auction customers. Or some customer group is related to 3rd party system like Ebay or Amazon - sending review reminders to their emails are prohibited. Some of them are not guests so the option to exclude some customer group from review reminder is really important. thanks

Q: Can you add Review status column just right onto main TM review reminder grid? Now its almost impossible to check if review is made or not. This columns would allow store merchant to resend review reminder again - manually. Thanks

Q: Can you add column Review added/not added onto main TM reviews grid. now its impossible to check it it easily and send manual reminder again. thanks
