Q: Hi,I have installed the extension on my store, but when I go to System > Configuration and click on Facebook Like Button and I get error "404 Error Page not found." Is there anything that I missed?Thanks

Q: I am having the same problem as Jozef. I installed everything correctly and disabled the cache, cleared out the var/cache folder, but even after refreshing cache and logging out/in, still I can not access the Configuration.Fatal error: Class 'TM_FacebookLB_Helper_Data' not found in /app/Mage.php on line 520I am going to check one last place and then I will uninstall it. Sorry but I can not wait around too long for an answer without access to the configuration panel.

    A: You have a problem because of compilation mode was set on during extension installation. In order to fix this problem please rename easytabs.xml to easytabs.xml.off at app/etc/modules and then you will be able to access your store admin again. After that you shoulod go to Admin > System > Tools > Compilation and turn compilation mode off.

    A: Most likely your store compilation mode is set on. Please set it off and recompile store in order to use extension.

Q: Hi I've installed the button on magento 1.4.2. and it seems to be working, I've got the product images showing, but none of the admin options have any effect when you change them. Can you tell me how to correct this?

    A: You should check if your store cache was refreshed and if you have right settings for your storeview in case you have more then one storeview.

Q: The Like Button wirked fine for quite some time, but when I tried to use it myself today, it shows me an error. Clicking the "Error" message, it states at every article (even those which were already liked):"Die Seite unter http://www.facebook.com/pages/Zigarrenetui-mit-Hygrometer-und-Befeuchter/136870966383693 kann nicht aufgerufen werden."(= the page at http:... is not available) Can you help me?

    A: Are you sure that you are using recent version ofapp\design\frontend\default\default\template\facebooklb\head.phtml? For some reason it's using next image url http://fannya.com/media/3/6/364-a1.jpg

    A: Hello I already replaced all the files including the ones from the specified folder (app\design\frontend\default\default\template\facebooklb\head.phtml?). Everything comes from the last download link, unless the public one is not right. How can I solve the problem?, is being one month and the problem can not be solved.Thanks

    A: Sorry but extension should already include images right out of the box. Can you try install recent extension version from our store?

    A: We are sorry for delay with response. Can you test same products page with default theme? Probably this problem is caused by some styles in your current store design.

Q: Ok, I don't get it. Where's the documentation for this? First off, the installation doesn't work unless you go into the Magento Connect Manager and edit the settings to switch from stable to beta. There is no mention of this on the Magento Connect website.Now I'm struggling trying to figure out what to do next. I have the tab listed in the admin panel and have enabled it. Whats the deal with creating an app? I though this WAS the app? I also don't see any mention of editing any of the Magento code anywhere? Am I missing something?

    A: Dear customer this extension can be installed either from Magento Connect or downloaded from our store. You can find installation package at our store extension package or you can also find link to installation manual on magento extension Facebooklike button page.

Q: I disable cache, put all files in the right directory on my server. When I go to System/config/Template-Master and select the store I get the message "Access denied". Any idea what it could be?Magento 1.4.1.0

    A: You should completed nex step.Code listed bellow should should be added to .phtml file in order to display Facebook like button. For exampe app/design/frontend/[package]/[theme]/template/catalog/product/view.phtml. getLayout()-createBlock('core/template')-setTemplate('facebooklb/like.phtml')->toHtml(); ?>

Q: I have installed the module, the facebook like button is visibile on my product page, however i do not see any of the opengraph meta data. Opengraph is enabled in the admin, the settings also don't seem to have any effect on the like button.

Q: Hi guys,I am having the same issue as a few seem to have before me - the images aren't showing in facebook.I have the meta tag for the og:image placed in but it's just not placing those images in to facebook.How do I go about fixing this?Thanks,James

Q: Button works great but I too am having an issue with no images being displayed in facebook.For example: http://www.myscoot.com.au/index.php/maddgear-pro-team.html doesn't display images in news feed for that item.The current directory for the image is:http://www.myscoot.com.au/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/500x500/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/m/a/maddgear_team.jpgDo I need to create another directory for this to work and if so will I have to manually store images for my whole product listing?Thanks,

Q: Yes, the image path is correct but when you put this url http://quelovendan.com/funda-cassette-para-iphone.html in fb wall, facebook don't load the image. What's the problem?
