Q: I have installed the extensione, disabled cache and compilation, then logout and login to admin page. I have enabled it, and tab appears, but when i click on it, content not appear. How to do?

Q: Hi, I have installed easy tabs in magento 1.8 my theme is ma optima from themeforest. Tabs are not showing on front-end but when I change theme to magento default then tabs shows on front-end. kindly help me, I am stuck in this problem.

Q: i want to hide Product Description tab, Questions tab, Product Tags Tab from magento frontend ( through admin backend settings) and these tabs come when click onto any product. I dont want to hide it by css dispaly:none.

Q: I would like to include "more images" in a separate tab along with the other content from that tab.Now, I have tried to call the block in the file ../template/easytabs/catalogproductcustom1.phtml like this:echo getLayout()->createBlock('catalog/product_view_media')->setTemplate('catalog/product/view/media.phtml')->toHtml();This should work as I know it. Instead the script just breaks here. Any suggestions?TY

    A: I get no error. The tabs stop loading there, the tabs after this tab don't load anymore. If I check for errors with Firebug, the response the page gets is "500 internal server error".TY for your assistance.

    A: Can you try put same code in the products page template and check if it will cause same issue? I will check with developers if such code can be used within easytabs template file.

    A: Same error as if I try to use in in the tab. The page stops loading at that point, after that its all blank. I put the code in catalogproductview.phtml file.Thank you.

    A: You should edit products template catalog/product/view.phtml file in order to do that.

Q: Is it possible to display a tab only when there is code in Custom Layout Update in admin?I took out the code to render customtab4 in easytabs.xml and thought I could display it on a product page by adding the code below to Custom Layout Update, but no luck. Q: Is it possible to create a dynamic tab title?I'm looking to change the "Reviews" tab title to something like "Reviews (X)" where X is the numbers of reviews.

    A: Sorry but it isn't possible right out of the box. Right now tab titles are set in xml file. It will require extension modification.

Q: Hello, i want to install this extension. I allready confirmed by the designer of my template that it should be compatible. I am using version 1.7.0.2. On this page is stated that easy tabs should work with this version. However right before installing the extension, version 1.7.0.2 is NOT stated in the list of working versions. So my question... can i be sure that the information on THIS page is correct? Can i install the extension in magento 1.7.0.2? Thanks for your response.

Q: I installed this on Magento 1.6.2 and I'm using a custom theme. I added the proper files to the theme folder. The admin panel works for enabling the EasyTabs, however on the front end, the description just goes blank.Do you know how to fix this?

    A: Most likely some core template blocks at products page were modified or renamed. It will require detailed investigation.

Q: When I install easytabs my facebook like button disappears. It seems that the base/default/template/catalog/product/view.phtml is being calledBut it should be calling default/grayscale/template/catalog/product/view.phtml.This occurs BEFORE I have even activated easytabs in system configuration - this immediately happens after install. Magento 1.6, Easytabs version 1.1, Facebook like button version 1.0.1.If I uninstall easytabs, magento calls the correct view.phtml and my like button is there.

    A: Not true!!! I just did load the most current version 1.1 stable, on a Magento 1.6.2 with standard Modern theme and my AddThis social buttons disappeared. It seems your extension does not call the edited default/grayscale/template/catalog/product/view.phtml but something a view.phtm from somewhere else. Please fix it and update us!

Q: Has anyone got this working on hellowired?I am running 1.5.0.1.I've tried copying the easytabs folder into the template folder within the hellowired folder and also the easytabs.xml file into the layout folder within the theme folder.The easytabs options are showing in admin but not in the products frontend.The problem seems to be that products are still being generated from hellowired/template/catalog/product/view.phtml as opposed to easytabs/catalogproductview.phtmlI've tried copying the html needed to render the easy tabs to view.phtml but nothing gets rendered.Quite fustrating as this looks a superb extension!

Q: Hello,I have used this extension for a while on our currently site www.gadgetfreakz.co.uk running version 1.5.0.1.We are now in the process of remaking our site on 1.6 for various reasons, and I am trying to get the easy tab extension to work. However, everytime I download it using Magento Connect, and install it, it removes all tabs from the product pages. Q: Followed all installation steps, flushed Cache and logged out of admin. When I go to System - Configuration I get the following error Fatal error: Class 'TM_EasyTabs_Helper_Data' not found in /app/Mage.php on line 520Running CE 1.5 Any ideas?

    A: You shoudl set your store compilation mode off before installation. Right now i would suggest to remove extension in order to access your store admin and set compilation mode off.

Q: Now I am really confused.I have a tab called tartan (http://64.150.183.45/index.php/kilts-and-packages/kilts/casual-kilts/casual-kilt.html) the information shows up, but the images do not. If you view the source and cut and paste the image link into a browser window, it opens up fine. does easy tabs handle image links in a different manner then the normal attributes? (if I disable easy tabs, they show up fine.) I have been racking my brain on this one for 2 days now.Thanks

Q: Hello. Firstly, I wanted to say thank you for an amazing extenstion that greatly improves the customer experence for our store front. I have just updated from 1.4 (from the Magento Connect) to the v2 from your store. I am on Magento 1.5.1 and had no probolems (other then IE support). Now that I have v2 installed, none of the tabs are working, they disappear when I click on a tab, and are completely unuseable. (I tested in Firefox, IE 8, IE 9, Safari, and Chrome.)     A: Problem Resolved : the ie css was not in my theme folder. I copied it from the default over and they work perfectly!

Q: Hi,first of all we would like to thank you for providing such a useful extension :) But we got a little issue regarding the reviews tab on our site: coldseason.de e.g.: http://coldseason.de/ladies-trillium-parka.htmlIf you want to add a product in the shopping cart magento says you should specify the quantaty although you have chosen a product.I redownloaded easytabs a few days ago so we should use the latest version.We run magneto 1.4.1.1Hope you can help us
