Q: When product option list is long, the pop-up form won't scroll down so there's no way to get to the "add to cart" button. How can I fix that? For example, add product "my computer" to cart from category list at "electronics - computers - build your own".

    A: In case you are using long product names then you can edit windo height at ajaxpro.css. Please change height of message box by editing next style - height:125px; .

Q: How to make this work with SimpleConfigurableProducts extension? Right now when add an configurable product to cart, the pop up doesn't load product info correctly. As soon as select an option, the price becomes 0.Thanks!

    A: Martin, we are using really old extension version at our store based on Magento 1.3.2 version. This issue was already fixed. Please let us know if you have any other question or problem.

Q: Well, no they're not out of stock. It does work on the product page, only the grid view fails :/

Q: Hi, it worked like a charm until recently, I checked it on my home page products grid and it said "product not available".Still works fine on the product page though. I don't remember what I've done, I just know I didn't touch anything in the extension folder.... Thanks

Q: Also, when you add a product to the Compare list, the pop-up should show the items already in that list and instead of 'Continue Shopping' should have something like 'Add more products'. Is that something on the roadmap for this extension?

Q: I have this working ok with my shop , the problem I'm having though runs when I try to enable the message window when adding to cart. The loading animation just keeps on going and I never get the message and the item is never added to the cart.any idea why this may be happening?

    A: Hello Julien, You can translate default Ajaxpro message at configuration settings. Events messages translations are based on modules locales such as catalog.csv and checkout.csv. Please let us know if you have any problem with localisation. We will be glad to help you.

    A: Hello Nima, yes sure this extension is compatible with 1.4.1. Also we are going to add configurable and bundle products support in next version. Unfortunately we were not able to test AjaxPro with Configurable Products Grid View extension.
