Firecheckout was installed at our store but we don't see the TERMS and CONDITIONS even it's enabled at extension settings.
Firecheckout is based on default Magento "Terms and condition" module. So, in order to see "Terms and condition" block on your checkout page, the "Terms and conditions" item should be created at Admin > Sales > Terms and conditions. Also "Terms and condition" option should be enabled at Firecheckout settings Admin > System > Configuration > Templates Master > FIrecheckout.
