There are many developers for Magento. Some with good ideas, some with useful tools but in my opinion there is one extremely important thing to divide bad from good -up to excellent developers: The support! I bought a template from TemplatesMaster and the installation was included. While testing the new design there where some questions about the Magento behavior, also about translations and other special things. So no points that belonged to this new template directly. But every question I had was absolutely quick and friendly answered by the TemplatesMaster- Support. Moreover the support solved these things in my shop directly! Then Magento 1.4 came. The template was updated, I got the new version (for free) and also a superb support for my additional special questions (and there where a lot of them :)). To trust TemplatesMaster is a "fire and forget" solution. The things they made worked (this should be as a matter of course!) BUT ... 1) you get support! :) 2) you get quick support 3) you get great support not only for the things you bought 4) you will get support in future 5) I never have heard a "no" or "we can´t make this" 6) you will not be charged for help or answers you get ...so, no critics so far, only commendation for such a superb service!
