Installed within minutes and just needed a slight CSS adjustment to make it match my theme (TM Elastic). The admin section I do not find complicated like some other reviewer stated. - Really love that great extension. First time you are trying to configure it's a bit difficult to understand how it works, however, extension gives you full control over your navigation tree. Support team helped us to configure our navigation same day we have placed order. Really anxious to see detailed user manual for it.
