Q: Hi, is it possible to configure the size of the full screen pop-up? For ex to fit browser window, or does it depend on the size of the actual image?

Q: Dear,I try to use ProZoom on my iPad, but the window pops up at left, while the setting is set to right. Also when I click twice on the image I get the big image. This option is disabled on the admin section.It works great on all my computers (all fully compatible)!Can you tell me what to change to make Prozoom iPad compatible?Thanks in advance.Greetings Henk

Q: Hi, I am thinking of buying this extension to replace my existing slider zoom but wanted to find out about additional functionality. Does it support using light boxes for call outs in non-product areas of the site. Here is an example of what I want http://fancybox.net/ I am not sure fancybox is great for Magento or if it will work alongside the Prozoom extension, or indeed if your extension incorporates similar functions. Q: Is it possible to use the zoom function on a category image, as well as (or rather than) on a product image? I want to be able to zoom into category images to show more detail.

Q: Thank you for your previous answer. I have one more! I had done some customizations in phtml catalog files in my Magento. So, how this extension work with that? If I acquire this extension I'll have to customize again some phtml files?Kind of regards.

    A: This extension doesn't overwrite any file. It just set magento to use different template for media.phtml.

Q: Hi,I have bought and installed the extension, but in Google Chrome (8 - latest version) it is not functioning when a page loads - when hovering over the image, no zoom features are available (maybe 1 in 10 times it works as expected?) - just the hand cursor ... with no zooming functionalityAre you aware of any fix?Plus - having the issue as someone else posted;"We have implemented the extension. When we tested we could find that, since the size of the image is too large it will be taking sometime to load. And in fire fox -Mozilla, chrome sometimes a blank white screen also is displaying. We haven't done any customization for this extension. We have checked the "Preload images" option in extension , but it does't works. Please help! Q: Is the your source encoded? Do i have to install a decoder like ionCube? Or can I view and edit it (if I need to)?

    A: Can you check "Preload images" option in extension settings? It should be set to enabled for stores with large images.

Q: How do you make it so that the system doesn't blow up the image to fit one of the parameters, if both the images width and height are smaller than $small_image_size? The auto size of larger images is working perfectly but I don't want to blow my images up if they are below those parameters.

Q: I have various sizes of product images. I was wondering if the javascript auto resize's the main product image. If it does, is there a way to contain it to a max height and max width, not size but contain. So I could set a max width of lets say 100, and a max height of 50, if the image is width is 75, it would contain it to a correct proportion under 50. I have some products that are very tall and I also have some that are very wide.

    A: Yes you are right. Prozoom extension will auto-resize your image to maximum image height so you can use images with different sizes.

Q: I updated Chrome to version 8 and now Prozoom doesn´t works. Everything is fine on IE, Opera and Firefox.

    A: Yes you can also use inline zoom mode. So enlarged part of image will be shown withing current image.
