Q: My web store sells many similar products, most with the same per box count. However, there are a few products which have a larger count which I would like to highlight with an image label. Could I apply labels to these product which would show the count value?

Q: Hi, is it possible to set a date range on manual labels? Obviously on special offer and new system labels you can set date ranges but can this be done for manual labels?

    A: There is no seprate interface on products page but you can create individual labels based on rules and assign them to any product.

    A: Prolabels reindex process is scheduled to be executed every day and it's based on Magento default crone processes. So all you need to make it run is just configure Magento default cron .

    A: It should be working with out any problem but we have not tested it yet with recent EE version. Our developers will be glad to help you with that extension in case you will face any problem with it.

Q: Hi, It looks like the Recommended Product label is activated when the "recommended" attribute has a certain value. Is it a "Yes/No" attribute that has to be created? My idea is to use this for "Free Shipping" when a "freeshipping" attribute is set to "Yes" (ideally, it would have to be activated when the product price is higher than a certain threshold). Can this be done?Thanks!

    A: Yes you should create freeshipping attribute with yes/no input type and assign it to recomended label.

Q: Good day, I just installed the extension and I can see labels on Categories pages so I assume list.phtml is properly modified. my problem is with the Homepage and Product page where no label is shown. Could I post my media.phtml file so you can tell me what is wrong !!! thank you very much for your help. Great extension, so useful. reul.

Q: We've bought the extension and installed it. However we can not see any label.We followed the instructions. Within the adminpanel -> config-> Prolabels we enabled the extension. The two labels "On sale" and "Recommended" are enabled.Within the adminpanel->manage products we selected a product.If we go to the Prolabel tab, we can only put display to "yes" and put a text message for the image. I suppose that the position and font style are inheret from the general config.How we can choose for which label must be shown? If we put the "Show label" within the productinfo, we don't see the label...

Q: Could I use this product to represent certain categories in label form? For example, if I have a listing of coffee, could I have labels on the product images which would show categories that apply to that coffee such as "decaf" "dark roast" or "flavored"?

    A: Sorry but extension will not work in such way. You can assign custom label to each product but you can't output attributes text to label without modification.

Q: How do I update multiple products with the same label? Using Update Attributes I can set a group of products to show the label but the uploading of the image does not seem to be happening.

Q: Hi I've got a small layout problem with ProLabels. The images are being truncated bottom and right slightly. I can see the code that's setting the width/height of the table where the image sits here:<table class="prolabel bottom-left" style="width: 48px; height: 48px;">In this example, I need to set the width/height to 52px. Can you tell me where this code is located so I can make the change?

    A: It's OK the answer was quite obvious... All you do is enter width:52px; height:52px; into the "Position Style" attributes in admin.. Voila!
