Q: Hi, in version 3.10.0, under upgrade notes, it mentions better integration with FireGento (Mage Setup). What exactly was enhanced in the integration? The biggest issue I saw before was that when a customer clicks on the Terms and Agreements and the screen with them pops up. In previous versions as well as 3.10.0, there is no button or link to accept them after reading. The customer has to close the pop up, and manually select the checkbox. I believe that without Firegento, in the pop up, there was a link or button to accept the agreement. Could you let me know. Thanks. ORlando.

    A: The link to accepts the agreements was is Firecheckout popup, not the FireGento. The reason why you don't see it anymore - is because we show FireGento agreement popup instead of our own when FireGento module is found.P.S. A better integration was done to FireGento Agreements conditions (FireGento allows to show different agreements depending on product types in the cart)

Q: Firecheckouts adds its comments at the very bottom of the order view page, the same is for checkout fields. Many times I missed informations about order. Please add some kind of icon like (!) on the top of order details view. it will be very handy for all store managers - and its the best option to avoid missing order important info. please find example order grid how it could be done http://prntscr.com/drie8qthanks

Q: I quess this checkout works with Argento as it is shown on the Argento theme. Also does this allow input of a coupon code at the checkout stage as a lot of customers miss the view basket to input the code?

    A: Yes sure it works right out of the box with Argento template. Discount code block can be enabled and disabled on Fire checkout page from extension configuration.

Q: I am thinking of using Fire Checkout 3.3 with Alpha Bank (Greek bank) e-Commerce https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/alpha-bank-e-commerce-1.html (the extension provides Alpha Bank e-Commerce payment gateway integration).Is there something that I should be aware of?Thank you.

    A: Hi, we do offer free integration services with third part modules. So the best way is to place order on our extension and our developers will install it for you and work on integration if needed.

Q: Does this module support the 'Collect In Store Checkout Shipping Option' module (https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/collect-in-store-checkout-shipping-option.html) Or different free 'Pickup' modules, which show the pick-up address instead of the customer shipping address in the overview + order details?

    A: You can change both layout at Fire Checkout general layout file and also styles related to that blocks. So it can be done of course.

Q: Hello. In the settings Fire Checkout 2.6 there is a tab "date and time of delivery". There are set dates for graduation. It would be good to do a date range for the exception. Q: Good day. In the settings Fire Checkout there is a tab "date and time of delivery". It is configured field "Exclude weekend" - Yes., no. Us shipping is in addition to the weekdays, on Saturday. How do we properly set up the program to prevent only the resurrection? Apparently, the setup should look like this: Exclude Saturday" - yeah, no. "To exclude the resurrection" - yeah, no. Thank you.     A: Our extension is based on "Weekend Days" set in General Magento config settings. Right now we don't have option to set individuals holidays as weekends.

Q: Hello, my webshop had the firecheckout extention. Now we would like to add a house number next to the address field. On Google I found a solution with adding a javascript on the bottom of the checkout page, but that didn't work. Do you know how I can fix this?

Q: We're using several cart rules based on the subtotal for scaled discounts. (>100€ = 10%, >200€ = 15%, etc) Now fire checkout uses the net price, while it should use the gross prive, and there for calculates with the wrong cart rule. The issue occurs only in fire checkout, not in cart and neither in the order.Our Setup is Magento 1.7.2 + fire checkout 2.4.5. Is this a known bug which was fixed in the 2.5 line?I cross checked in Magento 1.9 + fc 2.5.7. All works fine there.Best Daniel

Q: Hi, does your extension work with worldpay? also I've been having issues with other one page checkout extensions (which I've been testing - including the bundled OPC checkout in magento 1.9 CE) with Ajax not loading in IE explorer 9 & 10)..have tested your demo & appears to work fine! so I'm guessing there would be no issues there?Have been using HardikAjaxCart (for adding items into the basket, which I quite like)..I guess that there would be no conflict here?Kind regardsDavid

    A: apologies, I meant Worldpay 'Select Junior' which uses HTML forms to send information about each purchase to WorldPay. I have a module installed - so I guess this will function ok?

    A: Our extension supports Worldpay but i don't sure for 100% about "Select Junior". In any case if you will have any compatability problems then our developers will fix that issue for free.

Q: Billsafe extension is not working in our Magento enterprise with the checkitout extension.
