Q: hello, can also be used in the Dutch language? and if so in which file can be translated?

    A: It was supposed to be sent to different customer questions. Yes you can use but you you should translate locale text file provided with extension.

Q: Is there a way to activate the ability for customers that aren't logged in to "vote" for an answer? If you left a voting button placeholder on the screen when customers weren't logged in, you could prompt them to log in if they click the voting button. This way, more votes would probably be cast.

Q: hi, i'm really interested in this extension because it's better than others. it allows me to use wisiwyg editor and allows other visitor to post answers aswell. but the one i already have installed was custom-made and it has another field in the (backend only) where i can select "Sold"/"Not Sold"/"Contact customer" This way i can track customer and see really how this extension help the sales in the store. i always wanted to be set automatically (wether the customer finally bought something or not), but i know it's hard work. If you could just make the field like the one i have installed i will be happy to buy it.thanks

Q: I'd like to format the layout of the questions and answers like they are on this page, i.e. with buttons to vote or leave a reply as well as text links to make the question and reply as either helpful or not.Is this possible?Thanks, Badders

Q: Hey guys, I installed the extension but get the following error in the Administration Section (Customer > AskIt) once I try to open an entry:Fatal error: Class 'Varien_Data_Form_Element_Link' not found in /Users/christian/Developer/EclipseWorkspace/src/lib/Varien/Data/Form/Abstract.php on line 129I'm running Magento 1.3.2.4. Any clue on this problem?Thanks, Christian

    A: You are using recent extension version that was created for Magento 1.4. Please contact us and we will send you extension modified to run under magento 1.3.2.4.

    A: Thank you for you interest. We got several requests on using Askit with Magento 1.3.2.4. So right now our developers are working on making this extension compatible with 1.3. We are planning to finish our work till the end of the week.

    A: Hello Christian, our customers tested Askit on 1.3.2.4 and it's worked with small modification. So i think we can work on 1.3.2.4 version if you are interested in using this extension.
