Q: beautiful theme. but the footer was ugly. why not make the footer the same as the header???could you tell me how? thanks

Q: HiAfter my webdesigner allready installed 2 stores for me, I wanted to try to do it myself. I downloaded the f002_classic theme. When I wanted to install it, I saw that the f002 directory was allready in use. so my webdesigner allready installed this theme for one of my websites. Now I made the directories classic where necessary and putted all the files that are needed inthere. Then I followed the tutorial that came with the theme and when i needed to fill in "f002", I used "classic". Now I still have some problems if you look at the website www.poetsproducten.be *On top some links just don't showup properly in the "menu" bar. I allready made the pages with the names like they are in the links that are still shown. *And the slider is not working either, allthough I cheched and the files are in place. *As skin I selected the classic_red, where I copied the files from the f002_red. But I still get the blue theme displayed.Has this all something to do with me changing the themes name from f002 to classic. And how can I solve these problems?Thank you.Regards Koen

Q: When you use this template, the priceupdate won't work anymore. So if you have custom options for the product you get always the same basic price at the end.

Q: I have just installed a fresh install of Magento 1.5.0.1 and used your beautiful template. All is working, the theme shows up fine on the home page and category pages etc. But even though in Admin - Configuration and the Design Tab shows f002 everywhere still the Product Detail pages of the articles appear in the default style of Magento.When selecting the product and changing it into Modern theme it changes, also the other default themes that come with Magento makes it change to that theme. But when I select f002 it defaults to the Magento theme.

    A: Please check custom design settings of your categories and settings at admin > system > design. Most likely your previous theme was set as default ether at design settings or categories settings.

Q: Do I need a Multidomain licence for one Magento installation with two shops or is a Singledomain licence enough? First domain is something like ch-de.domain.tld, and the other one is like ch-fr.domain.tld.

Q: Does this theme work with 1.5.01? For some reason products don't show up on the home page. everything else looks fine.

Q: Great Template. I installed it on my VirtualMachine to test it, change the optic and install extensions. If anythink is right i buy it but i have a problem to install other Javascriptcode like anythinkslider to show a second Slider with only SpecialProducts. If i installed this Code the other Javscript is not working (the Pulldownmenü and the Slider) and only the Function from the new Box is working correctly . I am not the great Programmer but is the Solution the missing of 'no conflict' in your Javascript or can you say me where i find the error ? Q: Hello, I have to say that I love this theme and it is the best I have tried. I want to stick with this one although for some reason the price is not showing up on the product view page above the add to cart button. Instead the price is displayed in the additional information area. I though this was how it was made but after looking at the demo store it is not like this. Can you please help.     A: Please download 1.4.2 theme package from our store and update catalog.xml file at your store. Most likely it will solve your problem.

Q: How do I add in product reviews? Magento allows them by default, I have the section for it in the admin panel, but it is not on the product pages with this skin. I am assuming I just need to add the code for that somewhere, just need to know what code and where.

    A: Free Classic theme doesn't affect this feature. You can add product review in same way as any other theme. Probably you have disabled reviews for guest customers and that is the reason why you don't see review form on frontend.

Q: Hi. Thanks for your help. The static block was created and enabled but upon checking it again there was a typo in the identifier. Correcting this resolved the problem!

Q: Yes the configuration is ok. I'm thinking maybe it is because of my multistore installation. Anyway, I've just duplicated the folders and named it differently to have like a second theme, no biggie ^^ Thanks for your help !
