Q: We're working on a client site abatement.com and we're using your great EasyTab plugin, however it is not showing tabs since two weeks but everything remains unchanged and we've no idea why its happening the url is https://www.abatement.com/product-type/portable-air-scrubbers/hepa-aire-pas2400-portable-air-scrubber.html We're using Easytab 2.3.0 version and also based on PHP 5.6, could this be the problem? Q: After installation, On click to particular tab + Load page ..... Configurable options gone (custom module is there for configurable option). ?????

A: Sorry can you provide more details on that issue? Right now it isn't clear what exactly happened. You can place for example url to your products page.

A: Before installation of Easy tabs you should remove tabs that are part of your template.

Q: i installed this easytab extension. my tab didn't show up it all. my existing tabs started showing up twice. eventually i disabled easytab module in System>config>advance . is there any help u can do ?

A: There is conflict with your theme tabs. You should disable them before installation of our extension.

Q: Hello. After install the extension everything looks good on the admin panel. But on the product page I can't see changes. I already enabled the easy tabs on the System -> Configuration page and I already cleared the cache. Can you help me? I'm sorry about my english, I speak spanish.

A: Please check your template if it has product.info.additional container at products page template.

Q: Hello I am testing your product called easy tab. I can not create custom tab. I followed you below instructions. But what I believe instruction is not full. Just mention create new attribute. But what is the value etc do not mention. So overall way can not create the tab. so please help. Create custom tab with content taken from products attribute.1. Go to Admin>CMS>Catalog Attributes>Manage Attributes and create new attribute.2. Then go to Admin>Templates-Master>Easy Tabs.3. At general details in the Block Type field select Easy Tab Attribute Block.4. At widget options tab select content you need in the Attribute Code field.5. Click Save button. Thanks

A: After you have created text attribute you have to add it to your products attributes set. Then you should add some value for this attribute. After that you can select that attribute to be used for custom attributes tab.
