I haven't had the chance to use this feature after installation yet, however I have no doubt that if I need any help or support, TemplatsMaster will be there for me. I've bought 11 extensions/templates from them so far (well, 6 of them were free - even better!!) and whenever support is required, they are extremely responsive and even go out of their way to help me when it doesn't even pertain to their product!
