  • ok. I haven't seen anyone else experience this problem. On my check out page, the slides don't seem to open for someone to check out. What am I missing? I'm still in the testing mode for my website and this is crucial.

      Hello Ken, sorry but most likely this isn't theme problem. Do you have any extension installed?

  • Never mind, I found the way how to limit the topmenu to the root category and still see sub's in the sidemenu.

    I added the following line in menu.ccs :

    #nav ul.level0 {
    display:none;
    }

    That's all !

  • In the "In Depth" it seems like HTML is disabled: I clearly see tags in every description where, for example, lists are used.

    How can we fix it?

  • TemplatesMaster, on September 23rd, 2009 3:54 pm you replyed to my # 2 question of how to move the mini-search box up into the very top of the page. You answer was via CSS editing. However when I edit the boxes.css(around line 428) and change the apsolute position top value to -29px there is a problem.
    In firefox the search box cannot be typed into since it doesnt respond to crapping the mouse cursor. Can you duplicate this issue? Also what is the workaround? IE8 does seem to handle the search box ok, I havent tested it on IE6 or IE7

      Hello John, you should set top:-30px; and also change z-index at boxes.css (line 353) .header-top {...z-index:120;}.

  • Thanks for the hard work. I like both your themes - I was trying to change colors in the new one and it was overwhelming for me. I decided to go with the classic until your colors came out. Here is my question:

    **1.
    Some of the boxes - no matter what them I pick are still funky colors - In the wishlist, the category heading is blue no matter what I do, and hover text is orange.

    Also - same type of problems in checkout area.

    Any idea where I edit those - I would think custom.css would cover it for this theme - but it doesn't. It seems to be pulling a default - but I can't find where.

    **2.
    Can I use the featured glider bar with this theme on homepage?

      Hello Traci,

      #1 What is your store url?
      #2 It will require some php and magento experience to use it at Classic theme.

      • Check out my site at http://supportourcharity.org - I have edited the entire website myself, so I have no problem editing any of the files - I just need some direction on where to look.
        Thanks!

        • 1) I am still having the problem with the colors in the wishlist and checkout area. I assume the colors are coming from the default template - any ideas?

          2) I am having problems with ie6 and ie7 not being able to add items to the cart. Also - my slider isn't sliding in firefox - but it is in safari. Is this something I messed up when editing the css? Where would I look to fix these issues?

            Hello Traci ,

            #1 Please check if you set theme at admin > system > configuration > design. Also are you using sample data on this store?
            #2 Are you using any extension at your store?

  • Hello again. Some help would be great. When I enable my static blocks all the code from the blocks appears on my home page as text. No slider. No credit card image. Just a heap of code on my homepage. I would love some help if anyone has any ideas. Thanks in advance.

  • Hi, I'm having an issue with the 'new' products block - I've installed the theme and everything else works great! I've also set several products as new in the Admin panel I've made the date range from yesterday to one month from now - the custom XML on the hompage is the same as specified. However the 'new' products won't work, all it displays is a blank rectangle with no content, no images, nothing.... Can someone help!
