Hi! Thanks for the great Magento Template! I'm Having the same issue as another here. Everything is fine except the products do not show on the home page and I have no "drop down" menu categories under the "Products" link on the menu bar. I read the response to the previous poster but did not understand exactly what "set products as new in admin" means.

#1 You should go to admin > catalog > manage products and open product you want to show on main page. You should set Set Product as New from Date for this product.
#2 You should go to admin > system > magenage store and assign root category to your default store.
Follow up on my previous post on products not showing up on home page or anywhere for that matter! There ARE NO PRODUCTS in my Magento installation. No products and no categories! Were they supposed to be installed wth the Magento package?

Hal, you should add products and categories. Default magento installation don't have sample data included.

Hi, could you pls tell me why the left filterable layered navigation box has disappeared after installing this theme? Please note that I have added the original category block from the main page xml to the catalog xml, but it was not appearing even before that, I don't think this should affect it?

Hello Chris. We have not faced this problem before and template was not designed to change layered navigation box.
Please excuse my ignorance. Does the slideshow shown in the demo come with the download or is that something we need to source?

I am looking at disabling the cupons and the Estimate Shipping and Tax modules in the checkout area but I cant find the file i need to edit. In the default template i can remove the folowing code to get rid of the estimate shipping.:

From the folowing file:
app\design\frontend\default\modern\template\checkout\cart.phtml
This file is not included i this theme.
Any clues? I would really apreciate it :)
Ole, please check checkout.xml. I think it's possibly to turn off "Shipping estimate block" at least.
