Q: Is it possible to add a discount percentage to added frequently bought together items? For example: The Item is Mobile Phone and added items are phone accessoires like cases. If customers buys a mobile phone with 1 accessoire he gets 20% discount on this accessoire. If he buys a mobile phone with 2 added accessoires, he gets 25% discount on accessoires. If possible, will those discount percentages (or amount) be visible to the customer on the front-end?

Q: Over time some of my product URLs have changed, yet the old URLs seem cached in this extension, which is creating 404 errors for my website. What can be done about that? And is there a way to get this extension to use Magento's URL rewrites when a product URL is changed? Thanks!

Q: Hi,One very important feature this is lacking is the fact that it does not have the custom options for the products.Around 90% of my products have custom options and the products are not added to the cart because the custom options are not displayed therefore this is not very handy though it was my fault for not noticing it.Is it possible this can be added sometime soon? If so then when can we expect it implemented?

Q: Hi,Is it possible to LOCK to product together? Eg: To sell a bottle of Cola we have grouped products: A: Coca cola B: bottle (invisible) I want to know if I can lock these product together. When customer wants to buy cola, they get both products in their cart? Best regards

Q: Hello,we are using the plugin in connection with argento. Others users wrote in their reviews that your extension is working for configurable products for them, however, not for me.We have only configurable products visible, the simple products are only visible in the search. But as the simple products are the products that finally get bought your extension indexer creates the links between those simple products, which are not visible in the cataloge. Unfortunatley, those simple products or even better its configurable product aren't displayed after a purchase was made. I added manually a visible configurable products to another configurable product and then it works. So my question now, is it possible that the plugin creates the connection between the configurable products instead of their respective simple products?Regards, Pfeiffer

    A: Sorry but in recent releases we have removed configurable products from listing as it doesn't allow to chose products options. If you need products to be listed again then simply contact our support. We are planning to add some pop up window that will allow to select options in next releases.

Q: Just wanted to get 100% clarification on something, as I understand it recommendation products either use your manually entered up-sells & related products, Google Analytics data from an account that has ecommerce data or by analysing the sales history within your existing magento store - and Sold Together uses the last method?I'm re-building an old store for client but only recently added ecommerce to data to Analytics so not enough data there and the exsisting catalogue has thousands of products without related products or up sells.I'm also assuming the display of results is relatively easy to style in different sliders, thumbnail formats etc? I can provide a link to the current test environment, if it helps, in a private question.

    A: Soldtogether create related products list based on order database. It doesn't use google analytics information but magneto orders database. Recent extension version will show also random products in case there is no product recomendation yet.

    A: Thank you for your interest. Extension works for Magento CE 1.4 to 1.6. It will work in same for configurable products but you will not be able to add to cart right from the products page. So behavor is same as default magento related products block.

Q: Hi,I need more info, how the extension handle configurable products. About 80% our products are configurable products.A example with a configurable product T-Shirt and size (Smal, Medium, Large, X-Large) 1. Configurabel product T-Shirt -> that´s 1 configurable product + 4 simple products for the size 2. Customer buys a T-Shirt in size medium -> he buys the simple product with size medium, which is not visible in catalog and search. 3. Customer buys a second product "Soap" within the same order 4. Now my question: Does the extension display at the product page "Soap" the configurable product "T-Shirt" together with the product "soap"If my question is not clear please feel free to contact me.Thank you for your help.
