  3. What an Excellent Theme & Company Templates Master Are by John_Pick on 4/19/11

    I bought this theme last year and didn't have the time to install it until recently.
    I bought it because I sell print cartridges, with lots of categories and products and therefore needed a clear SEO theme that will help customers and search spiders find all the content easily.
    I can't vouch for the SEO side of things yet, because the site won't be going live for a few days. I will report back in a few months on its onsite SEO capabilities, but I'm sure they will be good.
    The theme looks really professional, definitely one of the best magento themes I've ever seen. The only thing lacking on the front page is a clear checkout button, but I've added that.
    It is quite easily modified and changed to suit your needs and when I got stuck a few times the support team responded within a few hours, which was excellent.
    The theme works super fast on my server - even with the cache switched off and everyone knows how important a fast site is for usability etc.
    The template master team have delivered on every level with this theme and I can't recommend them enough - WELL DONE!

    If you are considering buying anything from Templates Master just go ahead and press the buy button, you will not be disappointed. I can assure you there is not another company out there who will stand by their products as much as Templates Master does. From the pre-sales support until you are completely satisfied they will assist you 100%. I do not believe there is another group of people dedicated to your being happy with what you purchase. Not just happy that it is installed and functioning properly but happy that it fully meets your expectations. I could not believe the level of support they provide. I am not that technical when it comes to Magento as I am very new to the Magento shopping cart platform but I never once felt like I was asking a stupid question. All the products I purchased (Mall Premium Magento Theme, 10 extensions and a few hours of customization) were exactly as described, everything works as advertised. If you require customizations rest assured you will get exactly what you want at the price they promised (I cannot say that about other companies).
    They are an excellent group of people and I thank them very much. I look forward to another pleasant experience when I work with them again in the future. I just wish they had every extension I need to fulfill my businesses feature requirements.

  5. Great Product, Great Customer Service 1.4.2 ready by Sandman on 1/30/11

    Originally purchased a 1.4.1 Mall theme. When I upgraded to 1.4.2 a couple of the template features could not be fixed by me. Template masters e-mailed me back within a couple hours of e-mailing them. They had already upgraded their template to 1.4.2. I downloaded the new upgrade and they helped me with a couple of other problems with the upgrade. All my site problems were fixed within 24hrs from start to finish with their help. The theme is cool and very versatile. I would highly recommend Template Masters just based on the customer service alone.
    My only gripe is the lack of documentation. It would be nice to have a description of the features that the premium templates have without experimenting to discover how the features work.

    They should really focus on creating more templates like this. Whoever made this template really knows what he is doing design-wise. Anyway, this is by far the most professional theme for Magento that I could find. The only thing that I didn't like about it was:

    1. The logo has to be a certain size (width by height), in order to show up correctly. If you make the logo too big it will push down out of alignment over the navigation menu. They should modify the code to relax restraint and allow for bigger logo sizes.

    2. They should put in a checkout button somewhere. Currently the checkout button is a link at the top right, very hard too see for shoppers.

    3. I found missing info in the shopping cart section. There is no "Remove" text at the top where you press the button to remove an item from your cart. Also they should change out the remove icon to something bigger and more abvious like an X or some other icon. Please update these things.

    4. The banner slider might be a bit too big width wise. They should sell this template with different banner sizes, maybe one version where the slider is small enough to allow you to place a drop down menu on the left.

    I purchased this theme from Templates Master and I could not be happier. I received the theme instantly and had it uploaded and installed within minutes.

    Maybe is one of the best templates that I see. I was searching the perfect template for my shop in one month. Each shop needs a diferent template acording the product that you sell. In my case I need a clear template because I sell many products in dozens of categories.

    Good design. Maybe I will personalize some little things, but probably I will keep the 95% of the original template.

    The quality of the template is perfect.

    The service are excellent. The people of templates-master help me in the installation and with little customizations that I need.

    Such changes will require making changes to many core template styles. Unfortunately right now we don't have any demo with full width template.

    The easiest way is to use only static menu links in top navigation block. But can you tell us how do you want to separate categories for top and left navigation blocks?
