Where I can edit Helpmate default email templates?

In order to edit Helpmate default email template please go to Admin > System > Transactional Emails. Click Add New Template and select for example template "Helpmate New Ticket Answer". Then click Load Default Template. The template html code will be loaded from email template file and you will be able to modify it according to your needs. You also can use new email template at department configuration. You can also can find a way to use templates at /app/locale/en_US/template/email/helpmate*. But please notice that in this case email templates will be overloaded with extension upgrade.
