    I installed Fire Checkout onto our Magento Store following the easy to understand instructions but hit a problem when my Configuration page is giving error.
    I sent a support request and had a response within 10 minutes. We worked through the problem together (emailing back and forth) and the source of the problem was quickly identified and fixed.

    We're using this for a US based site. Installed in just a few minutes without any problems.

    My review of the extension itself: It is really well written code that loads quickly and processes with no issues. I have used two different one step checkout extensions so far as well as a heavily customized stock Magento checkout. This is by far the best. I'm annoyed I didn't install this on our site earlier. The other extensions may have improved the look of the checkout, but the usability for customers was poor. This extension functions with no problems across every platform we could test it with. A one page checkout only improves conversion if it actually works and Fire Checkout works great!

    My review of the service from Templates-Master: Surprisingly good. Magento has an international following and with that I think brings some random developers that probably aren't really qualified to work with Magento. Not only do these guys know their stuff, but they understand the value of great customer service. They could have easily turned me away when I asked for some CSS customizations. They did not, and for that I am going to be a life long customer of theirs. I'm very impressed.

    I run a moderate sized Magento configuration with over 90 domains and >$200,000/month revenues... I cherish my websites as they pay for my toys... Lets leave it at: After getting some extensive customization efforts from Templates-Master I myself broke some things in FireCheckout... The professionalism that Templates-Master showed me: I gave them access to my primary frontend engine (I run a distributed setup with mirrors/reverse proxies around the world on decent VPSes, with a really nice truly dedicated database engine). I don't trust anybody with my lively-hood. If it were anybody else I would have just defaulted to the standard checkout until I fixed my new add-on...

    The reason I went with FireCheckout? I have bought other full-featured checkout scripts (most notably eCommerceTeam's one) and I wanted some assistance migrating it to 1.5: and all they said was "we don't support it [go away]"... Now... Whenever I buy a script, I first check if Templates-Master has something like it... And I've bought scripts from all the big vendors for the Magento platform... All of 'em (I've spent a lot of money on scripts)... I know I'll be spending a few thousand in templates alone from Templates-Master over the next few months due to the care and attention they took in my problems... Thanks! God bless.

    I would pick template master over all the others here is why.

    Excellent support, i have bought around 20-30 plugins for magento for my clients websites from the likes of gomage, aheadworks etc
    but by far they are the best for assistance.

    Template master have helped me with two custom development requests helping me integrate sagepay server/suite into one page.
    Never once did they say no thats not included they just done it !

    As i bought a few products of them they also gave me a discount too.

    I wouldn’t trust the cheaper carts, these people are part time developers with day jobs, what happens 18 months down the line and we are on magento 1.7 and your cart is bust due to compatibility issues , i dont see the part time developer giving a hoot about you then.

    template master offer line time upgrades, so at least your not left handing out to dry

    Stick with the big developers for key components or you will get you fingers burnt.

    Lastly about the price, get a grip if it helps you get 3-4 extra sales it pays for itself so why be so cheap .

    i have bought from pretty much all the big magento plugin developers and without doubt template master are the best in terms of support.

    I have spent over 500$ with them and have always has top end assistace installed and getting to grips with incompatibility issues.

    Pretty much all the other big plugin sellers bin you once you buy it, or tell you its a compatibility issue and not to do with there plugin.

    I have developed two Magento sites so I have gotten quite familiar with Magento. I have also purchased many modules that simply did not work as I had hoped for. I have purchased 2 other "one page checkout" modules and after I used Fire Checkout it became clear that this was the best one of all. This one works very well. the options for shipping to a different address and auto registering work flawlessly (we had problems with the other one page extensions). We needed a few things tweaked and their customer service was outstanding. I purchased our theme from these guys and this Firecheckout and I am just very very pleased with both of them. I highly recommend this one page checkout and their service. The GeoIP functionality works very well too.

    I've purchased this extension for my multi store magento installation. The installation was very fast and simple. Just put the files in your server and refresh the cache!

    At first there were some minor problems with the buttons and usage of the extension in the Firefox browser. It turned out this happened because we use a custom template. I contacted the Templates-Master support team and they helped me to fix the problems. It turned out there was a minor modification necessary in our styles.css file and one of the files of this extension for it to function properly.

    Now I am a very satisfied customer and i bought serveral other extensions after this one.

    So my advice is to buy this extension to provide your customers with a quick checkout page. Don't be afraid this extension won't work on your magento installation because TM will help you to fix the problems!

    For my shop www.ipcam-shop.nl I was looking for a 'one step checkout' module. I am already a satisfied user of Templates Master and with this module they show again to be the best Magento proffesionals on the web.

Question:

I've the Fire Checkout installed and are very pleased with it. But I have still one wish: Is it possible to save the postalcode and city in uppercase and the name and street capitalized in the database? Because customers don't put there address in the preferred format is my opinion. In which file could I add this feature (I know something of html and php) or could you build this in?

I want to install Fire Checkout but I am unsure if this custom code will be compatible. I was hoping I could purchase the module, and if I cannot get it to work get a refund. Is this possible?

Question:

Fatal error: Class 'TM_FireCheckout_Helper_Data' not found in /app/Mage.php on line 516 I receive this when going to System > Configuration. I just purchased this product and followed the directions for installation. I even copied the default/default contents from the app and skin directories to my appropriate template directory. I have deleted the cache under /var/cache and even went in to the cache management in the backend and cleared all, but I am still receiving this error when trying to go to System > Configuration.

    It looks like your store compilation mode is enabled. Please go to admmin > system > compilation and disable compilation mode.
