…today Templates Master Team is proud to announce the release of:
10 colors version of popular Magento Absolute Theme.
This release includes:

Complete package and installation instructions are available right now.

Just tried to remove the paypal logo from paypal.xml is stated above but its not worked. Removed the code here app\design\frontend\base\default\layout\paypal.xml. Is that right?
Yes, but you should copy app\design\frontend\base\default\layout\paypal.xml to your theme. Please don’t forget to refresh your cache.
Hi, another question… Where can I modify the content/layout of the quickview feature? Would like to add some attributes to it.
Just one more question… I’m trying to style Raptor’s Supermenu multi column menu with the Absolute theme menu styling. Where would I find the relevant Absolute menu css to modify the supermenu css?

1. For some reason the slider wont show images but is showing that it is sliding. I checked the directory and the images are loaded in the correct file.. hmmm
2. I also have the home page set to the grey theme, but when I click on a category, it takes me to the default F001 blue background.

#1 PLease check your home page html code and check what is your slide images url. Most likely it was broken with WISIWYG editor.
#2 Have you set any design at admin > system > design interface or any category design settings?

I’m using mostly configurable products, so it doesn’t make sense to have “Add to Cart” in the catalog view.
How would I change the button to “View Details” to bring up the product view?

David, you should edit app/design/frontend/default/f001/templates/catalog/product/list.phtml template and replace add to cart button code.

I’ve installed Magento Absolute Theme and need help with following 2 issues and will appreciate if you reply very much.
Issue1: i’m trying to create a new attribute but the field “Used for Sorting in Product Listing” is greyed out under this box it says – Depends on design theme. Does absolute them not support this? I’m using magento v1.4.1.1 and f001
Issue2: There seems to be IE8 bug in the theme – when typing any search keyword in search box the results show up, off the page in ie8 towards the right side.
Just typing 2-3 letters in search box on home page and wait few sec and a scroll bar appears on the browser window and you can see search results towards the right side after scrolling.
But in firefox it works just fine.

How do you edit the links to each “slide” on the front page?
What if I don’t want to use as many slides?
and is there an easier way to change those images? other than digging into the FTP folders.

Please check home page code and you will find that every slide has anchor tag.
i’m installed Magento 1.4.2 rc1, but i have a probleem with showing the catalog product price and available: stock after upgrade it’s gone.

We’re enjoying this template and figuring out how to customize it. I do have a problem, though, I can’t track down. Using 1.4.1.x,
We set the Default Configuration to “f001″ for Translations, Templates, Skin and Layout as instructed. Set the Home Page Design to “f001,” as well.
When changing the Default Store View to “f001_[color],” only the secondary pages are changed. The Home page is still blue.
How do we get the Home Page color to change?
Bret, you should not assign any specific theme at home page design settings and admin > system > design. Please use just config settings.
Im using Dutch language pakket for magento. Everytings workt fine with this template except the “Your shopping cart is empty” on top keep showing in English. Which file sould i edit to get this text also in Dutch?

We are updating our url and I upgraded to 1.4.1.1
Before going live, I was testing on internet explorer (i dont use it myself) and the buttons in the checkout screen arent showing up. Is this from the theme or from the base css? Just wondering where to go look. . . If you click where the button should be it works like it is there btw.

Sorry but we do not see this problem at your store. Can you send screenshot of this problem?

Most liekly you should use right theme version. In case you are using Magento 1.4.2 then please download recent theme version at our store.
Correction/Recommedation to my last comment. Do not install the magento absolute template via the magento connect you will run into problems with the price showing on the product page.
I recommend only installing this template via FTP
Unfortunatly we have problems updating theme package at Magento connect right now. So the best way is to download package from our store.

First of all: graet template!!
I have a problem with the drop down Top-menu items.
When I select a menu item, the drop down menus are comming to the front, but wen I try to select these, they disappear. Sommetimes, when i’ve been quick enoug I can select them.
This fenomen is only in Chrome and Firefox, not in IE8
Can anyone help me with this??

OK, I found a solution.
There’s a tiny gap between the top button’s and the dropdown,
Moving the whole drop down up a bit seems to solve the problem in FF and Chrome.

I have a few stores now all running this theme and I am very happy. I have just installed the theme again in two Magento 1.5 stores and have only now seen your comments here about not doing it via Magento Connect. What can I do to fix this? Do I have to reinstall it all via your store or is there a quick fix to add the price to the product page, which is currently missing?

Hello templatemaster, I have a problem with my font color,
All font color is white and also the background is white so the font cannot be read. The following is my problem.
1.) Under recently viewed products font color is white.
2.) The heading which is for example:
Home / Cellphones / Alcatel OT – 806D
Home and Cellphones word is color in white
and
3.) Some description is colored in white (in paragraph style)

My problem is with the F001 template for Magento. I have a store with products and each product has a different amount. When I change the amount of product (2kg, 3kg, 10kg), I have an error in the price, always get the same price and the template does not change me.
What file I have to modify to do the calculation well?

which files do we edit for the contacts page after installing the absolute theme? i tried adding a cms page but that didn’t seem to work :-/
Absolute theme doesn’t include modified contacts us page template. So you should copy it from base package in order to modify it.

I’m using the 1.6.1 version of the template on a 1.6.2 website. The type ahead feature in the search box does not seem to work. Is there some patching of files to do?

What version do you use? We have checked 1.6.x version of template and everything works fine.
It’s stopped working with the default as well so i guess I’ve overwritten a core file somewhere. Any ideas?

Yes you can change that. You should edit button background images. I would suggest to use Firefox extension Firebug in order to locate right images to edit.

I am testing magento and tried your theme. I am not familiar with Magento. I got it installed, but I can’t get the header to show up with the list of categories. I created a test category and product and they are not showing no matter what options I choose.

Most likely some files are missing. I would suggest reupoad all theme files.
I am having difficulty with the Featured attribute for configurable products. The “Featured” attribute will appear in the admin Manage Products for Simple Products only. However when I go to add a Configurable Product to the list of Featured Products, the Featured attribute menu is not there. Have a made an error in how I created the Attribute that it will not appear for all product types?

I am about to upgrade an existing CE 1.4.1.1 site to CE 1.7.0.2 I am currently using the appropriate Absolute theme for 1.4.1.1 and have downloaded the latest version in readiness. My question is, in that a version of absolute is already installed and referenced as f001, can I rename the folders in the latest version to something like “f001_17″ to be able to have the files for both versions in place and after the upgrade switch from f001 (old version) to “f001_17″ (latest version). I was planning on simply ftp the files to the site.
The folder names to be changed would be
\app\design\frontend\default\f001
changed to
\app\design\frontend\default\f001_17
and
\skin\frontend\default\f001
\skin\frontend\default\f001_sea_green
changed to
\skin\frontend\default\f001_17
\skin\frontend\default\f001_17_sea_green
Could it be that simple, or is “f001″ explicitly expressed elsewhere in your code?

Yes sure you can rename theme files with out any problems except files placed at app/etc/code

I installed the theme, but I have a problem with the top navigation bar and the slider. There is no top navigation bar. I already have child categories and still no bar. And the slider is no showing any images.
